In town for a concert. Decided to check out the local bakery.

Service was fantastic. Woman behind the counter talked me through my decision making process. She was kind, patient and talkative. 5 stars

Atmosphere: kind of a strip mall mext to a gas station. Clean inside and out. No seating inside. Beautiful, well displayed goods. Easy to find and parking is sufficient. 4 stars

Baked goods: while not the best bakery i have been to (I have been to a few), this one had a very strong showing, especially for a very small town. I had a few things. 1. Small bite sized chocolate cake (don't remember the name). 5 stars. The best value and in a small package. Raspberry fold over. Fresh and light and tangy. I really enjoyed this one. 4.5 stars. Lemon bar was very solid but not anything exceptional. 4 stars. Pecan sticky bun was also solid but a little dry for me. 4 stars. A coconut dish that looked like an ice cream scoop of coconut on a bed of dark chocolate. I wish it had a higher chocolate to coconut ratio...maybe dipped in chocholate or poored on top? Other than that, it was really good. 4.5 stars. My friend enjoyed his cinnamon roll and also loved the bite sized chocolate cake. 4.5...

Lorelei Bittner’s Bakery provided all of the desserts for mine and my husbands wedding. The whole process was extremely smooth and everything turned out absolutely amazing. We started out by trying an assortment of desserts that Amy put aside for us (all which were delicious). We then moved forward with the planning. We had a rustic wedding and wanted a small cake with an assortment of different options for our guests. I sent a few images of cake styles I liked and Amy made such a beautiful cake. My husband and I aren’t typically a fan of cake but we couldn’t get enough of it! Another plus was, we didn’t have to worry about the cake table at all the day of the wedding! Amy set the whole dessert table up herself with rustic decor and all of the desserts. It was beautifully displayed and guests were very pleased. We were so fortunate to have such an accommodating company provide all of the desserts for our big day. I highly suggest Lorelei Bittner’s Bakery for any event or if you are just craving desserts! Sooo, it has taken me a whole year to get this review up and I sincerely apologize!

Last year, my husband and I were on the hunt for cinnamon rolls to have as dessert for our wedding. We fell in LOVE with Bittner's roll and didn't bother looking elsewhere. We were all set then suddenly a few weeks before our wedding they gave us the terrible news that they would have to close the week of our wedding due to short staffing.. We were devastated, obviously, but they were INCREDIBLY professional about it. Not only did they notify us in a timely manner BUT they also reached out to multiple bakeries on our behalf that would be able to fulfill our order. We ended up getting our cinnamon rolls from someone else and all was well. My husband and I are still so very appreciative of their help last year because wedding planning is stressful and without them it might not have happened.
