I’d like to brag and give the highest marks to everything on the menu, but I have had to pull back the reigns to battle my willpower plus due to a noticeable weight gain and expense to my wardrobe after overindulging. Popped into Ed's before heading back on the road! The shop is up the street on McCullough, and instead of going to a fast food chain we wanted to support the locals! When I entered there were only 1 customer and I so I got a little scared, if I chose the wrong place or what, but was immediately welcomed by the young man at the register. He was nice and helped take my order. Theres a seating area to the far left of the store with lots of seats. We got the foot long club sandwich, chips and a drink. I was sitting for a bit, and the owner offered me free food due to a cancelation. It was very nice of him to share the food with me and another customer. I was at the right place, at the right time! 🙃 My club was delicious, the bread was so soft and the ingredients were so fresh (minus the bacon because it was soggy)! The meatball sub had a kick, but was hot from the oven and absolutely delicious! They threw in a free side of Mac and cheese which was good also. I'd definitely come back again if I'm ever in town!...

I wanted to try something new as my wife and I are new to lake Havasu. When I walked in it was promising as there was a long line and they were very busy. When it was my turn to order I asked for a roast beef sandwich for me and an Italian sandwich for my wife. The roast beef was solid brown with no hint of any rareness to the roast beef it almost looked like it was salvaged from a sandwich someone had not finished a hour earlier that was going bad, of course it wasn't but that is how it looked. After the first bite I keep eating only because I did not want to admit I wasted my money on something that not only looked bad but tasted even worse like it was dipped into a bucket of pepper. My wife's sandwich only took her one bite and looking at her facial expression threw our sandwiches in the garbage at the same time. I can safely say we will not ever go back.
