I was very shocked and dismayed by the service I experienced. I truly hope the owner reads this because My Boyfriend and myself are sick from your food. I've been to the restroom today more times than I ever had before and my co-workers are taking notice as is my boss and let me tell you, I am MORTIFIED and SICK! We went for a brunch Sunday 4/22/18 12:00- 12:30 and ran through rain to sit shivering in your restaurant waiting forever for our food. BUT WAIT!this gets better- there were a total of 6 people dinning (ourselves included) and our food took a total of 32 minutes to get to us. Everyone else had their food and drinks sooooooooo why did it take 32 minutes for eggs and a burrito? An omelette with egg whites takes a max total of 7 min and the burrito once the eggs are cooked as well should tax a max! of 12-15 min NOT EVEN! I can make the meal we ordered in 15 min and it not have runny egg whites or under-cooked meats. So i ate an under-cooked fritatta ? I cut into with my fork after putting sriracha on it and clear runny egg white seeped out. I had taken two bites prior to noticing that so if i am sick with somonilla YOU WILL BE HEARING FROM ME WITH PREJUDICE! I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to come and assist me and I had to go to the counter and wave at the Chef? and the young man serving came over Kind of apologize and refunded us. :( I didn't get to eat, we were moving that day and I had to do it all with a very queasy stomach! So in conclusion I walked out in tears after being so flustered and frustrated by the service and lack of food, I am now sick as a dog at work because I can't miss work, bills must be paid. And your food is in whole to blame as i didn't eat anything else the rest of the day! I hope everyone sees this and takes a beat and notice before dining here, I will say on a last positive note your chai latte was probably the only thing that got me through my day. Went in to get a specialty seasonal drink, that comes in a cute glass Santa tumbler. First visit, and I won’t ever go back.
Parking was a nightmare. Strike one.
While standing in a long line, the gentleman turned around to me and my daughter and said it was going to be a “long wait” (I guess he’d been waiting a long while to say this to us), which was fine with us because I couldn’t find the drink on their menu that they had been advertising on their social. While still standing in line I go to their Insta to find the drink and it’s name only to see a post made two days prior of it being “Sold Out”, but it stated they placed another order for the tumblers and would be in, in a few days- seeing this was posted two days ago I decided to remain in line and ask a worker if they were available today. Big mistake. I let her spray the whipped cream from a can, the Walmart brand- Strike two- for an order of a flight of coffees and did not stop her before delivering them outside, until she was returning back inside to ask.
I have never been treated in such a hostile manner by a worker before. She barely stopped for me to ask, and quickly said no. I should have stopped there, but my daughter really wanted the drink/tumbler so I asked (like their post said to check and see) if she knew when they would be back in… I didn’t even fully get this out before she had left & returned to the back counter and yelled another no to me.
The gentleman in front of me let out a “woah!”, so I know I am not overreacting in what transpired by my two simple questions.
Truly disgusting behavior, but reading others reviews on here, I see that they have been met with the same.

Read moreAfter reading some good reviews we decided to try this local place out in lieu of a chain coffeehouse. Big mistake! Young kid running the front who we found out “wasn’t even suppose to be working today” (not my fault) was completely clueless on customer service. We ordered our coffee and sat down. He began making our drinks then proceeded to take another order and go to the back immediately completely forgetting our drinks. After waiting 10 minutes and watching him eating in the back with another man I approached and asked where our drinks were. He had completely forgotten them he said and began to finish. I asked for new ones because the ones that were halfway made were clearly cold by now. The other dark haired gentleman who was cooking in the back came forward and was the rudest employee I have ever encountered. He said loudly SO IT HAPPENS GET OVER IT! I said what happens poor customer service? He said yea so what? At this point I was furious that I had come out of my way in the pouring rain to give my business to this local place when I could have literally went across the street to Starbucks. And no one cares to give me an ounce of good service. I asked for my money back and told them I would go elsewhere. The dark haired man said fine leave! While the young boy continued to say he just forgot and shouldn’t have even been working today. He did offer to make the drinks but at this point it was too late. As we were walking out he yells “enjoy your Starbucks.” What a complete joke of a coffee shop. I hope the owner sees this and can retrain her employees to treat people better.
