Lake Mary Pub & Tiki Bar — Restaurant in Lake Mary

This business scammed and lied to many customers advertising an event called “Taylor Weekend”. They falsely advertised that Kam Saunders would be present for a meet-and-greet, even though he nor his team were never contacted about this event, and charged their customers $300 per ticket for said meet and greet. After being contacted by multiple fans, Kam himself announced on his Instagram story that he had no affiliation with this event and would not be present for the aforementioned meet and greet.

Rather than addressing the issue, Lake Mary Pub & Tiki Bar turned off their comments and began blocking those who spoke out about it - leaving those who spent hundreds of dollars on a scam event with no details regarding refunds. No accountability was taken by Lake Mary and they even tried to place the blame on Kam Saunders and his team as a last ditch effort to salvage their reputation.

Please do not do business with this company, it is clear they do not value their customers and only care about making a quick buck. I hope karma is swift.

The LMP has become one of my favorite places to come hang out on a Wednesday Night. I love coming for bingo the prizes have been fantastic. The team at this location works really hard, and the service is outstanding. I hate to see all the LIES and false reviews being spun about this location right now. I know about the Taylor weekend that was being planned and how this location was asked to be a venue. I also saw that this location re posted the event cancelation statement that was posted on the TW Facebook. That is now being spun that this location made that statement when in fact they did not They only re shared that statement to their own page to bring awareness to the news of an event canceling. My mom and I LOVE coming here!!! We’ve been coming every week for Taylor Swift bingo, and from our first day Tiffany made a big effort to make us feel welcome! She remembered us the second time we came, by name! The food is always phenomenal, and the service is always quick. They’re very accommodating when service is “slow”, but even their slow is much quicker than majority of places I’ve been to. The entire staff is very friendly, and you can tell they all hold their service to a high standard. The events are super fun, the people that go are friendly, and my mom and I always leave with a huge smile on our face, despite the fact we never win bingo LOL.
