Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lake Mary

Called a manager by the name of Wayne last night. Spoke to guy on the phone and the employee transferred me to his manager named Wayne. Wayne was rude, and disrespectful. The Orlando Solar Bears won the game and technically if they win you get half off pizza the following day "carryout only" So I called in because online the coupon code wasn't working and the manager tells me he never heard of the Solar Bears coupon code before... I HAVE USED IT 3 TIMES AT THIS LOCATION IN THE LAST MONTH. And he gave me attitude, the other people at thislocation are always nice and respectful but this guy was very rude and disrespectful and gave me attitude for no reason. ALL I WANTED WAS YOU GUYS TO HONOR WHAT YOU ADVERTISED AND YOU COULDNT EVEN DO THAT , this location has now lost my business. I find it hard to believe that this "manager wayne" didnt even know what you guys advertise when I have been there multiple times. Very frustrating to get treated the way I was treated, I am surprised that you guys have someone like this in place as a manager. Should be fired immediately, send him to Mcdonalds or Krystals... "update 2/20 to top things off.. on Sunday when I called they had 50 percent off pizza going on no matter what... as a good manager even though he made a mistake on one he could easily made it better with offereing me there current promotion even though he knows nothing about there...

Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and wings. Only received wings. Called to resolve issue. Call goes to a general call center who transferred me to the local store. The local store never answered. Called call center again and explained store is not answering. Customer service rep said he verified their line was open and available and transferred me again. Store still didn’t answer. Called call center again and told them everytime they transfer me the store does not answer. Representative said they would send the store a message and the store would call me. Never received a call back from the store. Called the call center again, explained the situation, representative cut me off and transferred me to the store. Store didn’t answer. Called the call center again, tried to explain situation, representative hung up on me. Called call center again and demanded to talk to supervisor. Representative listened to my situation and explained my options were to talk to a supervisor, who really would t be able to do anything for me, or wait and call corporate following day, as they should be able to facilitate a refund. Haven’t been able to talk to corporate yet as they dont open. Until later in the afternoon. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Will never order...

Horrible customer service wish I can give 0 stars and the pizza was not good received pizza that was very very over cooked I don’t get how someone can serve you a pizza this well done couldn’t event taste the cheese we called them the first time we spoke to Jack to get a new pizza delivered he said it was going to be here at my house within 30 minutes and verified our address on the phone we waited 2 hours then my husband called to check on the status they said they already delivered it but how when we were here at home they said they sent it to an old address? So the people who living at our old house didn’t say anything to the delivery driver about a pizza being delivered when they didn’t order it? I haven’t lived at that address in over 2 years I’m not sure how they delivered the first pizza when the first pizza was delivered to the new address I honestly don’t think they delivered it at all so we asked to speak to the manager on duty his name was Wayne he started yelling at us telling us he’s not going to deliver a new pizza and he hung up on my husband we called back again and he still was rude and got disrespectful this is horrible customer service will never order from...
