iPho Noodle House — Restaurant in Lake Mary

I ordered the tofu pad thai and it was not good at all. The tofu was undercooked and the service was not great either. Restaurant atmosphere was ok. They also automatically add 18 percent tip so you have to check your receipt before paying which was my mistake. When I went home, I threw up my food and had a stomach ache. Not sure about the other menu items, the pho is probably better. If you are vegetarian DO NOT ORDER THE TOFU PAD THAI!!!

(Reply to owner) I didnt eat all of the pad thai. Left about a third after I forced myself to eat it because I dont believe in wasting food. Left mostly egg and the undercooked tofu on the plate. Then when I was done i got tired of waiting for the waiter to come so I went up and paid. I did not leave my receipt on the table I gave it back the waiter at the front after signing. I also only called after I vomited outside then vomited inside again. Called the restaurant about 20 mins after leaving. Not getting a refund is fine, more concerned about my safety, health and how I completely wasted my time. I have a copy of the receipt and thats how I found out a tip was added without my consent but thats my bad for not reading it. I only vomited noodles and nothing else. Just trying to warn others about the dish. Own up to mistakes instead of lying and blaming...

I started coming to the restaurant last week. I came back three times during the week. Today I head back to the restaurant to get my normal meal and the order was prepared incorrectly. Around 3pmEST, I called the restaurant back I asked if they were able to make my order correctly. The Vietnamese man at the front told me they do not offer any refunds. I advised him that I wasn’t looking for a refund just the order to be prepared right. He then asked me was I the “black” dude that just left. I informed him that black is a color and that I am African American. He told me he would see what he could do. About 45 minutes later I went back to the restaurant with the food not touched and asked can I get the order done correctly. The man at the front told me that he couldn’t do it over and if he decided to do so I would need to pay 50 percent of the order for a new order. He advised it is the manager decision. ABSOLUET BEST PHO'!!!!!! Coming from LA California it is extremely hard to find food in Central FL that can even compare to the food in CA. IPho is literally the best Vietnamese food I have ever had and it means alot for me to say that considering how amazing the Asian food is in the Southern California area! No exaggeration, I literally eat here about 4 times weekly with my fiancé to the point that they know us by name! The staff here is amazing! They make us feel like family every time we come in which like i said, is extremely often! The food is very authentic and my fiancé and I crave it every single day! We absolutely LOVE IT!!!! We normally deal with Kevin, an employee here and he is a great guy and very professional! I am so happy that we found this place!
