My favorite pizza joint I think from the moment they open their doors. And then when Brian bought the place not too long ago, pizzas were outrageously delicious. My family and I were ordering every Thursday night dropping $60-$70 without batting an eye. But the last two times we ordered, The pizzas weren't right, We didn't get what we ordered, And even once there was like four items of each vegetable we ordered on the whole pizza. And sadly for me I was going back on Fridays because well I love their stuff crust Supremes. Brian would make them and they were a delicious. So I talked Thursday nights up to kids were learning a new job and it happens. But that being said today I went and picked up a pizza... I called it in she said 15 minutes. I got there a little early just waited inside and talked to a young lady with incredibly long nails for working with food, and a thing sticking out of her nose with a flower on it. But the young lady assumed nice although I've never understood why the health department allows him to wear nails like that but hey. Got my pizza watched her take it out of the oven put it in the box cut it and brought it home. On the way home I noticed it had a funny smell in my vehicle not the usual delicious aroma. Once I got it home and open I realize it actually smelled different and it was nearly raw. The cross was so incredibly thin and well basically raw. Well that's not going to slow me down much I had children to feed so I put it in my air fryer and crisped it up. My little ones who love Little Caesars Pizza by the way, kept saying that it tasted funny. So I grabbed one out of the air fryer and they weren't joking. The crust was so incredibly thin although now crispy but something on the pizza tasted older spoiled or something. I just know we're not going back again. When I called today to let them know what was going on a young lady came on to try to tell me she was the store owner. And then when I told her I knew that Brian owned the store then she told me she was the manager. And I asked her if she was the one that made the pizza which I already knew the answer cuz I watched her bringing it out and cutting it up because she was the only one in the whole store. So I'm not happy. My family's not happy. So I guess we're just going to start getting our pizza somewhere else which breaks my heart but there you have it. So my opinion...
Read moreOrdered 2 stuffed crust pizzas a couple weeks ago plus two combo crazy bread/sauce and on top of that I ordered two extra sauce and had them delivered. It was literally uneatable, worse I have had in my entire life!!! It was barely cooked which I think was a lot of the problem..ALL of it was bad.. I think maybe the dough was about to ‘turn’ or something. I called and told the woman ( who claimed to be the manager ) I said I was going to have to cook it in the oven and hope maybe it would help if it was cooked.. it really was half raw no exaggeration! I was as nice as I could possibly be, just thinking someone would want to know, didn’t ask for money back or anything. First she tried to blame the delivery driver and I said they were right here on time and nice. She was the one who told me I would get the whole order free whenever I wanted it and put everything in her computer . Tonight my daughter and grandson went to get it and even told them what happened and specifically asked them to cook it longer if necessary. The woman got nasty when they asked for the sauce ( that I paid for ) finally gave her the two that came with the the combos and refused to give her the other two and acted like she was doing a huge Favor! Guess what?? The bread sticks were just as bad and the pizza was about 10% better.. I have gone to Little Caesar’s around the country and this is the First experience I have Ever had!!! Even the one on Baldwin here was fine. THIS IS THE ONE on S. Broadway in Lake Orion. I am calling corporate on Monday and I hope they actually Care.. I’ll update!!! Oh we Still cooked it in the 400* oven for about 5 minutes if I didn’t mention that..still undercooked.. maybe they need to check...
Read moreI had placed a “pizza portal pick up” for a timed order of 6pm today. For some reason, the time I picked for pick up did not actually schedule a timed order, instead it did it immediately. I called the store and talk to some male who stated he will make sure my order wasn’t made until the correct time. Upon getting to the location, there was a mother and her kids waiting for their order so they weren’t busy. The girl at the counter asked what she could do for me I told her that I had placed a pizza portal order, and was told to get it from the counter. She stated “I have no clue I don’t know” then I asked her if it was ready and explained what happened and she proceeded to say “well if it’s not in the portal I don’t know what to tell you” until I further explained again what the issue was. Also, she was wearing leggings which you could see completely through. I worked in the pizza industry for 5+ years, and this is definitely not how you treat your customers. I order from this location frequently and never had an issue before and for someone to look me dead in the face and tell me she doesn’t know and that she doesn’t know what to do for me, then she should not being working at this company as a insider/cashier. I get it’s “just little ceasers” but if you hate your job that much to not be able to even answer a question, get another job...
