Update Oct 2023: Still the worlds rudest McDonald’s! Just close this location! Lisa ruins this location and any chance of enjoying your meal! Her disgusting personality ruminates throughout the entire establishment, again I asked for a recipe because they kiosk doesn’t print in and it’s like I asked her to give me a million bucks, her gripping, moaning, complaining, mean comments, and disgusted looks were beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I asked for my money back because I got the feeling she was GOING TO SPIT in my food.

This is the rudest staffed McDonalds ever! I asked for my receipt because I didn’t get it. The shift manager Lisa is the meanest there, she told me how I just asked her to go through thousands of transactions and that it would take her hours, she complained to me over and over again, stating how busy she was, well I hate to break it to you but your job is to give me my receipt when I ask.

Then when I told her I just placed the order less than 1 minute before Lisa told me I was rude and wouldn’t help me! I don’t understand how you can be in customer service and hate people so much as to be a mean rude person when asked to do your job! You need to fire Lisa that shift supervisors or make her a burger flipper/position where she doesn’t have to interact with...

Very nice looking outside. Have to update and expand based on experiences had at this particular location since my last review. I usually go to this location at the evening shift. I have been ignored when waiting at the register by the manager while she starts working on her drawer when no one else is around to help. Doesn't ask anyone to come help. Is often sitting in eating area talking to her friends/family. Based on the few times I come here I don't find this coincidental but rather a habitual problem. I decided to order through the mobil app but the last tow times I was at this location they somehow lost the orders. They often send my kids back to the table saying they lost the order. I had to have them go back with my phone to prove that we actually orderd it. I don't have this problem at other locations. Just this one. I ordered a wrap from this McDonald's, when the order was on the confirmation screen it showed an artisan bun instead. I clarified twice before pulling forward to pay, but the drive thru employee didn't seem to understand. I tried to clarify again at the drive thru and was met with a snotty reply saying that they had a wrap on their side and that this is what I will be receiving. When I got home I checked my food and was given an artisan bun in spite of my attempts to correct this. Not pleased with the lack of listening or the way they handle their customers.

Customer service was rude.

Order accuracy was poor.

For what it is, this food is overpriced due to the area being a bit nicer.

I'll save myself some time next time and just go to a location a bit further away. I would give them a zero if I could.
