Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Ozark

I ordered a pizza at 7:53pm said it was started at 7:55. Delivery time 17-30 mins. It stayed on PREP(on the app) the whole time. Called at 8:45pm and was told delivery man was on his way to get it mine was next. They were short staffed and couldn't make it on time but it would be on its way soon. Never happened. I had to cancel. I know things happen where it's impossible to cater to everyone's needs. But, upon calling they knew from caller ID and my number what my order was. The simple answer would have been, "we're not capable of delivering your order". That would have been fine with me. But, nothing. I had to request a refund and to cancel my order. Maybe you call people back and let them know. Instead of letting them wait until there's no other option. I order from Dominoes ALL the time. I don't like leaving negative reviews. But maybe it will open this...

New DOMINO'S facility LOCATED in Lake Ozark, near Bagnell Dam is a clean , friendly pizza place that also offers other entrées as well. The staff is polite and friendly and quick to prepare your order. The ingredients tasted fresh. You can design your own pizza to your liking, with as many ingredients or maybe with a few or even just one. Anyway you choose, which is nice if you have many different taste buds from your family members or friends. Maybe even for a party too !...
