Churrasco Grill Cafe — Restaurant in Lake Park

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my recent experience with both the food and service, I feel compelled to share my thoughts.

First Impressions: Upon entering, the restaurant had a pleasant ambiance, and the server greeted us warmly, which initially set a positive tone.

Cleanliness: Before dining, I always wash my hands, especially after work. However, the restroom was in an unacceptable condition—filthy, with an overwhelming odor that made it difficult to breathe. It was so unsanitary that I felt even less clean after stepping inside, which raised concerns about the restaurant’s overall hygiene.

The Meal: I ordered a chimichurri plate with a side of rice and beans. Unfortunately, the server did not ask how I preferred my steak cooked, which I didn’t realize until my meal arrived. At first glance, the dish looked appealing, but my first bite was deeply disappointing. The steak was severely underseasoned and nearly rare, making it inedible. The rice was also underwhelming, but given that I was on my lunch break, I had little choice but to eat what I could.

Final Thoughts: Between the poor food quality, lack of attention to customer preferences, and unacceptable cleanliness standards, I cannot recommend this restaurant and will not...

O. M. G. This place is perfect! We were originally going to go to Southern Kitchen but we couldn't even get into the parking lot and they don't have a patio so we were worried about having the puppy with us. So we found this place and they were so accommodating.

I got the Spanish breakfast which came with croquettes and Cuban bread. Make sure you get the home fries. My friend got the sausage croissant sandwich and apparently it was so good that it looked like she and that she needed to get a room for that crossiant.

Even the coffee was delicious!

Pros: Dog friendly! Real China! Delicious food. Ridiculously friendly staff! The fooooood is sooooo goood. Inexpensive, really great quality delicious food at a crazy affordable price. It was $26 for 2 full breakfasts and coffee.

Excellent and experienced cooking of meat in the South American style. Churrasco is a treat when done correctly and chimichurri sauce is an art (brazilian here) that kicks it into another level. They excel on all accounts. The service is of a way bygone era, very attentive to the customer! Was there several times and never saw any staff checking a cell phone~!! They meet and exceed any taste test! Picanha is coming to their menu soon, and we were given an advanced taste. To die for!! If you've never had authentic churrasco and/or picanha, or just want to taste the real south american cooking, this place is a must. Very family oriented, very nice and clean place, and the owners are on the floor at all times. I wish the business trip had lasted another week so I could satisfy how much I miss this type of cooking. 5 star...
