Highly disappointed. I ordered a pizza, cinnimos, and a whole house salad with house dressing. The pizza was I OVERcooked! The cinnimos were OVERCOOKED and the salad came with 1 dressing instead of 2. I immediately called back once I got home. But you know you’re staff need to realize when someone drives to pick up and order they can’t just easily come back to return it. So you what that means they have nothing to eat!!! At least not what I just paid my hard earned money for anyway! 😡 You should know when you have overcooked a pizza to not send it out or give that to a customer! Do better! Your crust is already a thin crust pizza. When you over cook it, it makes it a hard chewy cracker with dried up cheese! The cinnimos were hard and not edible with barely a drizzle of the cinnamon sugar topping! To the owner or manager of this location I hope you teach your staff better and require them to put out a quality product! Read moreI would avoid this location at all costs. The food is fine, but the delivery service is awful. They regularly forget items. Also, when you ask for a no contact delivery and give instructions, they do the exact opposite of the instructions. I've ordered 3 times in the last 3 weeks and have asked that they leave the food on the porch and ring/knock. All 3 times they placed the food on a chair outside the porch (not visible) and did not ring or knock. On each occasion they had a 2 hour delivery time on the website, but the food was sitting out there after just an hour and was room temperature. When I called to complain after the third time, the woman on the phone was very short with me. They did sound busy but there's no excuse to bungle so many deliveries. I called to complain and let the manager know I was unhappy and would be ordering from our usual winghaven location, and asked him to offer at least a partial credit. To my surprise he offered $20 when the order total was $11. When I asked how long would the credit take to show up, he said no im giving you store credit to your email. Now why the hell would I want store credit when Im not ever going to that store again? I said no just refund the credit card. He said we cant. What? When you screw my order up, you sure as hell can. The manager wouldnt budge and I ended up having to call my credit card company. Two days later guess what? Still No store credit in my email....
