McDonald's in lake St Louis exits was very much an experience that no one should ever have to experience as a customer as I purchased a two for five me and my friend we were paid our bill to drive through and then proceeded to the next window but that next window we told that my debit card which I'm disabled is expressed the accidentally so-called paid for somebody else's order and thus my order they had to put the money back on my card I told them that was not possible knowing that if you put money back on a card and you just hold your money up anywhere one to five days give or take maybe more well as I explained this to my house I said why can't you just go ahead and just give me the same order just give it back to change well they seem to not understand that they could not or would not do this so after a few minutes another person that was in line was honking a horn real life drove past they got upset for the incompetence at the through so-called manager had so then we the government agreement that they would give me back my money and for my inconvenience would let me have the for sandwiches for free I said okay not a problem I can find with that well the next thing I know they hand me $2.10 for sandwiches I didn't ask how does this benefit me when you told me about 34 sandwiches for my inconvenience for you paying someone else's bill with my US Express debit card a reminder I'm going to say well this is my disability money that I get once a month it's not very often that I get to adults at McDonald's so I handed it back said no where is the say for your discretion of using my debit card basically what else is Bill that seems to be that would be illegal and unprofessional that I stated to them and it no time to do I accept this I was in a company that the window was very rude enough noxious blonde overweight I'd say but at McDonald's employee apparently a management list is starting yelling at me talking about call my truck calling the police and getting my license plates I said well excuse me first off babe you need to de-escalate your attitude and your vulgarity and you'll hear me knowing that you use my car to pay someone else's bill and you're calling the police on me for what so basically I did not get compensated for them using my car to pay someone else's bill I then took the four sandwiches and we left so in other words this worker or workers yesterday night or yesterday evening actually say or not very good people person skills and stuff should be pulled from any further dealings with the public until they get some people skills and also to be a yelled at and threatened by the police when they were the ones that were in the wrong and at no time had I raised my voice nor did I threaten or speak lower and I will be seeking anything to a higher command than these employees that do not need to be representing McDonald's in the future at lake St...
Read moreI had such great raves for a young man and his mom I guess she was a manager that worked at this store on August 2nd I have to share. I was traveling 64 &70 on August 1st getting sleepy n hungry about 4pm I pulled off grabbed a bite not at McDonald's but I wish it was but good food n service too but nowhere to park to sleep it was ok as usual but full n happy I went to get through St Louis before resting for night. Got about an hour away found a truckstop n rested. This is where McDonalds employees come in. To my dismay waking about 4 am I wanted to get gas and tea in truckstop but searching for my wallet frantically it was nowhere to be found. A young man exiting his car saw my dismay I guess and asked if I was ok he was so nice to listen to my frantic story of leaving my wallet at the last place I stopped at even offered to see if he could get off early to give me a ride cause now I couldn't even get gas or drive in a 15 ft uhual pulling my car behind it on empty there but they got busy n thank gosh his mom saw my situation or maybe she just thought I was trying to scam her son I dont know but she did say all I can do is offer you some cash outta my purse. Humbly n I mean very humbly I accepted and promised to come right back n give it back After Google gave me 71 miles back to my wallet her 20 dollars given reluctantly but with care gave me the gas I needed to get there 71 miles back and my wallet still full of cards n cash at another fast food restaurant that I thank even a little too. So sorry your name slips my memory but you were a good guy offering n I did pay your mom back on way back thru but you listened to my frantic story of dismay and frantic trying to retrace where I was and where I lost my wallet it was like a calming presence n a good listener n your mom didn't want to lose you to some crazy traveler lady or worse fired from big wigs there lol that I probably looked like well I can only imagine how rough n ragged I looked traveling for 2 days in a uhual but cared enoough to give 20 dollars and it was just enoogh to let me figure out how to get there I appreciate midwest hospitality and us people are good no matter what yall say we midwesterners know how to treat people n lend a hand Sincerely Lady in uhaul n trailered car headed to Kansas
Sorry can't rate food, but bring the Mcrib back forever n I would be there at any McDonald's each week. And I love the hot...
Read moreWe all know how most fast-food chains operate, and this Mcdonald's is no stranger to the stereotypes of ordering food from a fast-food restaurant. So here's what I've got to say about this location (I do not receive any compensation or benefits for this review):

The Not Terrible but Not Good:
