As a previous customer mentioned the young lady working at the store was putting on the most fake “customer service” attitude. Asked for a specific milkshake that she claimed they don’t make she pretended to not know what I was talking about, another employee which was occupied with the young man in the drive through watching videos on his phone or what ever came up to the young lady helping me and pointed at the sign with the item I requested being advertised. The young lady just brushed it off as she she hadn’t just showed her the sign and said well we don’t have the ingredients so we can’t make it, which I don’t believe she was just being quite lazy and trying to rush me out. So then I went to order 3 frozen coffees and I received not frozen coffee with milk and the flavor I requested she claimed that it was not frozen coffee since the machine needs to be replaced but clearly if you read the previous review it’s obviously the same person with the same issue 7 months ago and it hasn’t been addressed. The worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts or a Baskin Robins. I thought it was just my unlucky day but once I read the comments it all makes sense now. Management please assist your employees in receiving trainings on how to treat the customers. Read moreBeen here three times and now I just have to confirm all the bad reviews. If zero stars was an option that's what I would select . First two times they were out of small simple things things. Tea, chocolate ice cream, their coolatta machine is broke etc. Now I go and have a very simple ice cream order. Single scoop in a cup, one in a cone and a double scoop. I repeated my order 3x to then get another person. Needless to say, get to the window it's still messed up. Aside from that I'm given a receipt for 2 coffees . I asked the girl what the problem was in there to of course get an attitude and for her to respond "brrroooo!" Now a manager comes to the window saying we are mean to his staff. We ask for OUR receipt and the rest of what we ordered and he fakely apologizes and goes to find our receipt. I asked if he was aware of the bad reputation and his response is oh yea alot of bad things happen here if we have a bad day. Ridiculous, this owner needs to step in and manage his store or sell it....

They act like you are asking them to go above and beyond by taking a simple order and getting it correct. They are constantly out of things. Do yourself a favor and go to another Dunkin because this one is absolute trash and should be closed permanently. I never leave reviews because I understand everyone has bad days, but this place is so above and beyond the worst constantly that they deserve to be shut down...
