Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

We really liked the food for awhile and would order food to be delivered to work often. I dont know what changed, but we are absolutely disappointed in the food now, and are afraid to order anything, despite letting them know when there has been a problem. We ended up messaging corporate, but it made nothing better. The first issue, we made an order for pick up and gave a time. When my wife arrived to pick up the order, it had not been started and when she said that she called 2 hrs ahead of time tje lady actually yelled at her and told her that she had given them a different time and she would just have to quit complaining and wait. Then was annoyed that a tip was not added to a pick up order. Next I ordered a pizza, cheese bread, and chicken carbonara with no onions. The pizza was burnt and there was extra onion on the pasta dish. We were told that we ordered it that way and tjey refused to do anything about the food we couldnt eat. Having only cheese bread for lunch that day, i took pictures of the food and sent an email with what food looked like. My wife took the phone call when they called from corporate and they told us that we had a 27.00 credit at the store. We decided to try one more time, this time ordering 2 items which would make them 5.99 each. When they came to deliver it tjey told me I owed 7.00 more. I asked how do i owe anything when the credit is for 27.00 and order is 12.00. Delivery driver said he just had the total they gave and i refused to pay more. There was no cheese on philly and she had extra onions AGAIN. I really like the food when it is right, but being rude with my wife, making her miss her lunches by adding extra onion to a no onion order, sending us burnt pizza, and robbing us of half of our store credit is just too much. Ps i printed my order and total to vibe to delivery driver that wanted more money. Went from 4 stars to none as i dont know how to resolve the issue with this particular store and about 70.00 worth of mistakes and wrong or burnt food. For the past 3 orders dominos has fallen flat. The first time, they were half an hour late on arrival and we live not even 5 minutes away. We called them and after a few minutes of going back and forth, they say the delivery guy was new to the area. I was baffled they'd send somebody who's not around here to go on delivery duty. The second time was an order to be delivered at my work. I have a 30 minute lunch break starting at 7:30 and i ordered it hours in advance to be delivered at my lunch break. After waiting for 5 minutes, we called the store and were told it had just left. My work is even closer to Dominos than my home, yet they didn't show up until 7:55 just 5 minutes before my lunch break was over. After complaining, we were given the pizzas free of charge but once i got to the cafeteria, it was already 7:57 and it takes a few minutes to walk back to my work process. I didn't get to eat anything until 6 and a half hours into my shift. Today me and my bf placed an order online as we usually do at home and once it was placed it said it was a future order. We didn't place a time for a future order. It just randonly set the order to an hour and a half after the time the order was placed. We called to try and remedy this only to be put on hold for over 15 minutes which at that point we were sick of the silence and hung up. The only thing keeping us coming back is my bf. I had stopped bothering after the first time but he keeps insisting we give them another shot. I just hope they actually do something about this alarming level of incompetence and poor service before they start losing what little business bellefontaine...

After a long day of work and three kids in football practice the last thing we wanted to do was cook. The amount of time that I spent on hold with Pizza Hut I was able to get online and easily order pizza from Domino’s. My kids love the stuffed cheesy crust and dominoes had an option for stuffed cheesy bread that was just as good and actually even better! My kids loved it and I honestly think they must do some sort of magic there because our pizza was ready to go within 15 minutes! The lady at the counter was very friendly and the kitchen looked spotless – I always like to look and see how people keep their floors.
