Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

I was in need of some coffee so I can wake up I always get iced coffee. I went in Dunkin donuts to my surprise there was only one person making drinks. Probably because they were cleaning behind the shelves where the donuts and bagels go. First thing I thought crossed my mind was wow they're going to clean that right now shouldn't they do that overnight? So I get two iced coffees when I get in the car driving away I realize wow this is not what I ordered they gave me cold brew. I can tell by the way of the taste. I was unable to drink cold brew because I do not like the cold brew so I through them away. What a waste of $6. Maybe the gentleman that made me the drinks was in a rush or under a lot of pressure because he did my order before somebody else who ordered before me. All in all if I like the cold brew I would have drank it the sugar and cream was right on point except for my order which was regular coffee with cream and for that I give them one star. This is because they are cleaning during rush hour with one worker taking orders and making drinks. Why do they have to clean the back of the shelves when everybody is in the Dunkin' donuts. Then they gave me cold brew...

Horrible customer service!!!! I ordered ahead and still dealt with attitudes. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and an orange juice. I was just standing and they were just talking amongst themselves. I didn’t notice the cooler behind me with the orange juice inside. After standing there for 10minutes I asked the young lady do I suppose to just take the orange juice out the freezer. Then, she said yes. They didn’t have enough customer service skills to ask me if I ordered anything else and didn’t care. They acted like I knew their store policy and I work there. I was just confused. If I only ordered an orange juice and just walked in and took it , they would have called the cops. Maybe, they need to get a self serve Dunkin Donuts and then maybe people will take their jobs...

i ordered curbside and they spent over 25 minutes. i got frustrated with my experience because i was late to work and thought it would’ve been a quick in & out. i knew they weren’t as busy knowing other people were getting their food. i placed my order at 10:08AM and waited. 25 min later i called and told them i was here for a curbside and was already waiting since the time i had ordered. waited another 10 minutes. nothing. then at 10:35AM i walked in and my order was placed at the mobile order stand. which made me really upset. IT SAID CURBSIDE!!!! and to top it off I didn’t get anything for the inconvenience and the late time....
