Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

This Dunkin and a few others in our "Black" communities don't care about us AT ALL. For example, they always intentionally get our order wrong to try and save themselves money. Another is they will run a promo and read the sign but offer something different. Like the get at least a medium coffee and get a donut for $1- they won't give you a long john. They say its a specialty donut. Thats a lie because if you ask to pay for it along a specialty donut is the Apple Fritter or BowTie or Coffee Roll donuts. My family and I will not continue to support these types of abuse from Dunkin in our neighborhoods. We will go out of our way to support the Mexican Bakery a few miles out of route. By the way, if you go downtown or out of our areas, they will give you the donut for a $1. Sad that we don't READ and our Aldermans allow them to take advantage of us like...

Terrible, Manager on intercom was very rude and had a very bad attitude. when I drive up to drive thru window. I asked him repeatedly can he repeat himself because I couldn't hear because my kids in the back were getting excited to get some donuts so I said I'm sorry but my kids are kinda loud, I'll go to front window so you can hear me better. I get to window were he looks at me angrily and says "what is wrong with you? I keep asking you what you wanted on your coffee and you said nothing" and I responded well I'm sorry I kept repeating myself as well about I couldn't hear you because my kids were too anxious for donuts and you're voice was very low. I went their Sunday morning and Monday morning. The 3 same females were working their both days. Their attitude is terrible and rude. I waited more then 5 minutes to order a coffee. When I finally placed the it took another 5 minutes to receive the coffee. When I did receive the coffee the xl coffee was half way full and the coffee beans were floating on top of the coffee. I mentioned it to the lady that was in the drive through she responded that's all we have. All 3 need females need a class in matters and customer service. I am definitely not coming their for my coffee. Id rather take my business to McDonald's or burger king for coffee. Would...
