I made a purchase and completed the customer satisfaction survey . Although they goofed up the coffee I did not register a complaint. I returned to the same location order coffee two raisin bagels and presented my email for a complimentary donut. The manager scanned a dozen time. Frustrated he declare this location is not participating. I suggested he type in the code he would not. He had already billed me for a donut . I told him he should still give a free donut as he had billed me for the free item. He refused and said no free in my store. I requested a refund and told him he understood nothing about customer service. I stepped aside to wait for my bagels. I saw another employee prepare a plain bagel and one raisin. I told him that was wrong. I ordered 2 raisin bagels and PLAIN cream cheese. the rep told me I was wrong … like I don’t know what I want. She then checked with the same manager who rung it up wrong. Read moreThis review is the Dunkin near 79 th street off Cicero. I have gone there frequently because it was close but this Dunkin is worst one of any I have ever been to. The food is fine but the customer service is terrible. You're lucky if the people who work there know enough English to take your order. I went there several times when I had many points accumulated. Each time I went I was told that my points would not scan and they made me pay full price. My points were taken off three times and I received no discount or any free items. This is the only Dunkin where this happens which makes me think the workers are just incompetent. The manager was unfriendly and just told me to call the number on the APP and nothing was done. Read moreI attempted to place an order but for some reason the menu board only had the advertisement for hashbrowns on it for several minutes. I kept asking about other options and they kept reiterating they had no control over the menu board. Once I ordered, my hashbrowns were undercooked. When I bit into one, it tasted as if they put it in the oven for a split second and just took it right back out, almost flash steamed and mushy to the taste. In addition, it should be noted that like a lot of people now, I don't eat pork or beef. However, I couldn't order anything aside from an egg wrap because they said they didn't have anything. It was 8:00am in the morning. What are the people who have dietary restrictions supposed to eat or is that no longer a concern at Dunkin? Very disappointed...
