OMG I went to the Dunkin Donuts bought me a large iced coffee order to Donuts one jelly shape of a heart another Boston cream cake in the shape of a heart I drove off think I might have me a late-night snack it was about 9:30 or 9 p.m. when I ripped the jelly in half took a bite out of it I swear it was really hard the bread I said no problem I will return it tomorrow it's too late to go back now I didn't have time to go in the following day but I did go in the day after which would mean two days after the fact of buying I brought it up to one of the employees she got on the phone with her manager to and manager said that they only be able to refund me one donut because I did not have the receipt although I paid with their ad there's no way of proving my purchase I did not have the receipt as stated so I said what the heck I will take that one donut bought another iced coffee added an extra donut everything turned out fine but I'm still upset that they would think that I would go in there to Swindle them out of one donut I returned both Donuts the one I had not touched and the other one that I ripped in half very disappointing for a Dunkin Donuts franchise I've had stuff like this happen in other Dunkin Donuts I never had a problem about proof of purchase this is a small Dunkin Donuts in his new I don't think they sell Donuts fast enough to keep them fresh bottom line do not buy donuts in the night when they've been...

The cashier that was working drive thru on Saturday May 23 at 4:30 p.m. was just the rudest ever. It was pouring down raining and I was already in the drive through line for around 10 minutes when the car ahead of me pulled up to the pickup window without stopping. I saw her give him something and then he pulled off. Since I was at the menu window and no one came on the speaker to ask for my order, I'm thinking maybe that's why the long is so cause The speaker must be broke so I pulled up to the next window and before I can say high, she tells me with the nastiest voice, "SINCE YOU DIDN'T ORDER AT THE SPEAKER YOU HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE END OF THE LINE AND TAKE YOUR ORDER". I just wanted a small coffee but she must have had a hard day at work. I've been going here for YEARS and my last review of this place I gave 4 stars. I instead drive the one block down the street to McDonald's to get my coffee which is a dollar less but hey, if you don't want my business than cool, there are other places to go right within driving distance...

Supervisor very rude me as a loyal dunkin' donuts app reward customer for the past 15 years have never seen this in my life the way the supervisor treated me for instance I had bought two large iced coffees one was one cream and three caramel palms with whipped cream and cinnamon however there was barely any kind of whipped cream in it as I started for the caramel that was stuck at the bottom it evaporated pretty quickly I brought this attention to the supervisor and he was just like all you bought it already so there's nothing I can do for you I said can you make it the way I paid extra for it to be made and he said no I said well can I get a refund know and I just think that was so unprofessional especially when you have trainees there this is the worst time that this has ever happened to me of course sometimes you'll get some grouchy cashiers and you know people that are new training get frustrated because there's so many drinks and so many different types however the way the supervisor treated this matter was very very...
