Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lake Township

Worst service ever! I was just there placing an order for iced coffee, and when I was placing the order, the representative who took my order was rude and disrespectful. She was rushing me while I was trying to place the order, and I overheard her say, "She's pissing me off," even though I was not being disrespectful to her in any way.

I was specific about my order because, on multiple occasions, my order has been incorrect. When I got to the window to pay, another employee named Melanie gave me the coffee, and she was also not customer-friendly. She went to the back, and both girls came and looked at the window to see me. Once I had paid, I asked the girl if she was the one who took my order. She said no; when I asked for her name, she said Jessica.

Once I got home, I saw that my order was all wrong, and I was overcharged. So, I called to let them know how they made me feel. I asked for their manager, and I was told she was not available and that the manager's name is Jessica. I asked if there was more than one Jessica, and they said no. At that point, I knew they were lying.

The time I was there was at 4 PM on Friday, 05/26/2023. Anyway, I hope they are not like this with every client. I will be reaching out to corporate about...

The staff are extremely rude. Everytime I use the mobile app, the order isn't correct. The staff act as if you are an inconvenience. When they do forget an item, they respond with a snarky comment. The staff is unprofessional and can get quite aggressive when they are overwhelmed. After several of these experiences, I have now decided that I am never going to return to this location. As the other reviews state, i have gone to this location (that claims to be open) to find it closed at strange times. My nieghbors warned me about this location, after they experienced similar situations, and I am now going to pass on the same warnings to my family. Its well worth the extra drive, to not have to leave a drive thru so upset. Shame on the owners for not reading these reviews and doing more to correct it for the sake of...

Try your best to avoid this one specific dunkin it sometimes would say it's open but the workers inside say it's closed while still having mobile order enabled.

This place also does not know how to make espresso drinks so if that's what you're looking for don't expect it here they won't tell you but they'll make it look like what you wanted but it's not expresso just straight coffee

Lastly the last three different times I've came to this dunkin I would order something as simple as a blueberry doughnut and instead I would end up with something different. I wasn't even asked if I wanted a different choice of doughnut and the manager just told them to give me a random doughnut.

So please do not go here it's not worth the hassle...
