You know you’re in for an incredible taco experience when the tortilla is just slightly fried, crispy at the edges, golden, and sturdy enough to hold every juicy bite without falling apart. That’s exactly what Esparza’s Tacos delivers. The moment I picked up my plate, I could tell this wasn’t your average taco spot. The vibe was casual but lively, with that unmistakable aroma of seasoned meat sizzling on the grill drifting through the air, immediately mouthwatering.
I went for the holy trinity: asada, al pastor, and lengua, one of each and each taco felt like its own masterpiece.
The asada was bold and rustic. The beef was grilled to perfection, charred in all the right places, juicy, and slightly smoky. Seasoned with just salt, pepper, and lime, it let the meat speak for itself. Every bite was elevated by the crunch of the golden tortilla and the brightness of freshly chopped onion and cilantro.
Then came the al pastor. This taco hit every note, sweet, savory, spicy. The pork was marinated in a rich adobo, kissed by the flame on the spit, and paired with tiny bits of pineapple that added a juicy contrast. The edges had that perfect crisp, like candy for meat lovers.
And the lengua, wow. Tender doesn’t even begin to describe it. The beef tongue was velvety and rich, with an almost buttery texture that melted into the warm tortilla. The seasoning was minimal, letting the natural flavor of the meat come through, and it worked perfectly.
What really tied everything together was the tortilla itself: crispy on the outside, soft inside, and able to soak up all the juices without becoming soggy. Add a dash of their smoky, slightly spicy house salsa, and every taco went from delicious to unforgettable.
Esparza’s didn’t just serve me tacos, they gave me a moment, a reminder of what great food is supposed to taste like. If you’re a taco purist or just someone chasing flavor, do yourself a favor: go. And get the lengua. You...

Esparza’s Tacos is a fantastic spot with delicious food and generous portions. One detail I really enjoyed was how they serve pickled carrots on the side, they were tangy, flavorful and such a tasty addition to the meal.
I ordered a burrito and it did not disappoint. It was packed with plenty of meat, seasoned well and full of flavor in every bite. I really appreciated that they don’t hold back on the portions, which makes the meal even more satisfying.
Overall, Esparza’s Tacos delivers on both quality and taste. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying more from their menu.

This place is definitely going to be my go-to spot for tacos. I also love the pickled carrots they include with takeout. The food here is absolutely delicious.

I came here to dine in again for the second time around 9:50 PM. I ordered the steak torta dinner and a guava drink. The guava drink was very refreshing and the torta was really good too. After finishing the torta, I ended up ordering one more steak taco because the meat was so flavorful.

I really like this place a lot. I tried the menudo and I have to say it’s full of flavor and absolutely delicious. They only serve it on weekends, so I was glad I got the chance to try it. I wanted to step out of my comfort zone and try something new and I’m happy I did because I really enjoyed it. All the staff here are also super friendly, which makes the experience even better. I picked up my order at 9 PM and took it to go since I was tired and getting home...
Read moreA nice but largely unremarkable taco spot. I got two tacos and tried a quesadilla. Both the arrachera (skirt steak) and al pastor tacos lacked a bit of flavor, and the arrachera was a tad dry/tough and the al pastor taco meat was somewhat oily. Unfortunately, the birria quesadilla also lacked some flavor, though the tortilla used was delicious. It's clear that this establishment uses high quality ingredients, and neither the tacos nor the quesadilla were bad, though they depended on the accompaniments for flavor. My favorite parts of the meal were the pickled onions, the salsas, and the veggies in escabeche; however, for the price, I expect for the tacos to be the focal point.
Service was top notch, truly some of the most attentive and kind service I've encountered in a while, both from our server as well as other staff. And the space itself was warm and inviting - tastefully decorated, comfortable seating, excellent music in the background, and spotlessly clean. I would like to try this spot at least once more, as I believe this spot has potential. However, this restaurant has some work to do to truly celebrate the high quality...
