Farmer's Fridge — Restaurant in Lake Township

I arrived several hours prior to my appointment and NO ONE WAS IN DOCK DOORS BEING LOADED OR UNLOADED. I left and came back because the office person said staging would be at 4pm. I returned at 6pm and was told it would be about 45 minutes before they would check the reefer temp. It is now 7:24pm and no one still hasn't arrived yo check reefer temp. Again, no one is in the dock doors and still waiting. It is now 7:44pm and the office came out to check my reefer temp and said it will be 5 to 10 minutes to load.. What!!!! We wait all this time for 5 to 10 minutes to load, approximately 7,000 lbs..No excuse for such laziness. Truckers are driving while they sit at home and to be lazy on...

There is much to be said about this place. My only voice of concern is the lack of organization from management here these days. You have many leads/supervisors on the floor yet many of them spend 80% of their times talking instead of actually supervising or feeding the lines.
