HAPPY JJ FISH & CHICKEN AKA: MR. CRAB — Restaurant in Lake Township

Food is normally very good Like very fresh Not this time Past Sunday I ordered 10 pieces of all.steak cat fish I received all EXTRA HARD horse shoe pieces ... I don't know what happened, but the fish was hard and greesy..... I called to advise them of how much of a bad batch I received The Young lady who took my order was very nice and tried her best to rectify it by refunding me $20 Total.order.was about $50

I asked her to ask the cook what happened as I know normally my food is pretty good She told me the Cook said he ran out of pieces.....no.comment of why the fish was cooked so HARD.. My question is why not ask the customer is this is ok?

This was my first time coming to this place and it will be my last. I’m new to the neighborhood and wanted some jumbo shrimp and wings. It was absolutely the most horrible shrimp I’ve ever tasted. This was my first and definitely last time ordering from this place. The food was an absolute disaster—everything was overcooked, and the shrimp? Filthy, unclean, and clearly not peeled, despite the fact that I paid extra for peeled shrimp. It’s disgusting that they had the audacity to send this out to a paying customer.

This restaurant should be ashamed of itself. Avoid this place...
