Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Township

Drive thru service was awful! Took 15 minutes to place a simple order at the speaker and another half an hour to re-place the order at the window. Worker that claims to be the manager gets the order wrong after repeating it countless times. Very bad attitude, unprofessional, argumentative, disrespectful, and dismissive. My 11 year old nephew said “This is the worst service ever!”. We we’re given half of the food ten minutes before the next and our food was not even slightly warm. Refuses to give the store manager information because she “doesn’t know it” and tells us to “look it up”. Clearly she should not be working this job if she, as the manager, cannot tell us the store managers information. I hate to have to right this poor review, but it should be expected when my family and I’s “fast food” order takes an hour. We found out that not one of the three workers had the store managers info after going in. More people were complaining inside the restaurant. It was apparent that no one’s first language was english which is fine as long as you can comprehend and be efficient at your job. I am very disappointed. You would be better off going to the Mcdonald’s...

Today will be my last day patronizing this location. Numerous times I have visited this location and 90% of the time Mt order was incorrect or I experienced some form of discomfort / dissatisfaction from the service and or the quality of the food ! Today 2/17/21 9am I attempted to place a order in the Drive Thru After waiting 5 mins to be greeted I asked for a whopper meal with onion rings instead of fries the guy informed me that they was out of onion rings (Delivery truck just pulled off as I was pulling in )so I asked for hash browns instead ..The worker rudely said we can't do that ..so I asked for a manager his comment was we are busy and the manager is going to tell you the same thing .. I was so heated I just canceled my order and proceeded to pull away but they had 3 other cars parked waiting on a order so I had to wait 6 more mins during this time I was calling...

Went into this location 11/04/17 and the customer service was HORRIBLE. A young lady who was working the drive through and the counter was very rude. I attempted to use a coupon for a meal for my family and myself. First, as I went to hand her the coupon she stood far back, I had to lean over the counter to hand her the coupon because she did not want to move to far grom the register. As I ordered the food she proceeds to tell me they were out of 3 types of pop. I wanted it my way, so I told her what I wanted on the burgers and she proceeds to tell they have no pickles. After that I was just done, I told her to give me back my coupon and that the service was shity. I just moved back in the area and haven't eaten here in some years and thus was the first visit since then. I WILL NOT BE VISITING THIS LOCATION...
