first of all- I had to leave a star to make a review- i do not honestly agree to any stars! My husband and I purchased a maytag commercial washer on 3-22-22- paid in full without delivery- my sons handled the delivery on our own. I don't remember his name but there was an extremely informative and helpfulyoung black salesperson upon purchase- which was our only professional experience throughout this purchase. we were issued their standard 45 day policy which i didn't even think would have to come into play- the washer was well kept and clean- very easily could've been sold as a new item. unfortunately, this is where the experience took a left turn.... the first night we washed several loads to find there was a streakof water coming from the bottom of the washer. my next available day was the 27-28th -i was given the number of their serviceman to whom i sent pics and video- after a less than mediocre so called"professional" inspection- unfortunately during a short timed run, the machine didn't leak- i was charged $50 and told my house may be leaking- I've been calling almost everyday- poor customer service- THEPOOREST! after a lengthy cat and mouse chase, the serviceman finally made a proper diagnosis that the machine has afaulty hose and connection- since then, I've been given atleast 5-6 unserviced service calls that have been set for morning and afternoons to ultimately be canceled at 6-7pm(every time) I have collectively had to reschedule a week of work and personal life to end up til this day of 4-18-22 without a functioning washer [closing in on their 45 day policy on a sale that hasn't been used since its purchase] mind you... they don't even want to extend fully knowing the situation. he last came out and disassembled the washer, so for the past week we can't wash anything with or without it leaking. whomever handles customer service from the store is extremely rude and unprofessional- poor communication skills- spoke to us as if he were reluctantly doing a favor for a former friend instead of properly dealing with an unsatisfied PAYING customer. Read moreThe guy who assisted me was actually the delivery guy. The guy who was outside sweeping told me he was the "money man" and I had to see him for the best prices. After quoting a price that was $30 less the asking price, he added $20 for delivery which is supposed to be included in the price. He then told me several times I needed to "take care of him" since he helped me out with the price. As he wrote up the paperwork he asked if I had discussed delivery with the delivery guy, which I had but I told this guy I had not. He took this as an opportunity to ask for more money. "Money man" asked the deliver guy how much he charged to remove old appliances (he already to me he moves items to the alley as part of delivery) and he yelled or $40. The delivery guy brought the appliance the following day as scheduled and had completed the set up before I could get there and tip him (delivery was already paid for) so he decided to leave the old appliance in the house. They delivered the refrigerator they wanted too !!!! which was not my choice, they said it was better!!!!
