Super disappointing what usually is a courteous and accommodating establishment took a strange turn. I count four times my order was gotten wrong. Is it too much for a customer to asked their order it's filled out properly. Once there was a problem with my drink and the manager was very fair, and I was offered a chance to make it right. The last two times were issues with sauce not being in the bag. That might seem small but what's so infuriating is that I specifically asked was this sauce in the bag ....which the lady at the window told me yes. Only to get home and there's no sauce. What's tacos without the sauce and if that's the case why did you ask if I wanted sauce? I called the manager over the phone for which he apologized. I didn't want anything just to get my order right next time. Three days later I stopped at the same location, order $16 worth of food get home and again no sauce. I was asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes. This time calling the manager he seemed more upset with me for calling then for this happening to me again. Even after offering to fix it ,while I was still talking I was hung up on. Well if I'm the primary problem let me fix it for him. That place can keep all the sauce they want. they lost me as a customer. As much as he hates me calling. I hate my order being wrong. What might seem like something small ...is a big thing to a paying customer. When a person gets home with their order for anything big or small to be missing out of it is a big deal for them ,especially when they took the time to go and patronize your business. Presentation - meh. just sprinkle some nacho cheese flavoring on top of the fries which doesn't even taste like nacho cheese. 3/5
Taste - Fries by themselves are pretty much nothing. combined with the nacho cheese it is fantastic. it's like eating Doritos. The nacho cheese itself is very good. 4/5
Chicken bacon chalupa - Price - could throw in more for price $4.49 3/5
Presentation - messy, nothing like picture. Not enough chicken for price 2/5
Taste - It tastes at least like a club sandwich. It is missing a lot of meat and had a ton of tomatoes for some reason. Unfortunately for five bucks I could buy a whole chicken so the amount of meat on there is just unacceptable. Overall everything tastes comes together okay you really taste the chicken in the bacon every the other toppings kind of blend together. 3/5
5 layer beef burrito - Price - great deal on the combo 5/5
Presentation - meh. Nothing like pictures. 2/5 Taste - Could be better. No effort whatsoever & part of the beef filling tasted burnt 3/5

Taste: Very basic. Lots of meat with no pizazz. Just a bad idea all around.

He should work in the back and allow the team to take care of the customers. I felt bad for the way he talked to the young caucasian girl and the older guy, they made a mistake yes but they were trying to correct it and the RGM didn't allow them to, his behavior was abusive towards them. They are adults not your children, talk to them with some respect.
