Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

If you are thinking about getting Little Cesar's, I would definitely give it double and triple thought about getting it from THIS location! I know they are usually very busy, but this particular establishment is a joke, no other way to put it! When placing an order ahead of time, I usually like to give them an extra 15 minutes after the time they say it will be ready, because I know fast food places can get overwhelmed. Well when I arrived for 2 original pizzas at 8pm when they should have been ready by 7:30, I should have known it was a problem. I asked the person in the counter about my order, and she gave me a generic response that she was telling everybody else. "your order is still in the oven. It will be out in about 10 minutes". 10 minutes turned into another 30!!!! It does not make sense that you will place an order that should be ready at an approximate time, and they have you waiting forever. But here's the kicker. They will have you waiting for over an hour for 2 original cheese pizzas, BUT when someone walks in and buys a pizza as a walk in, they will hand them a pizza right away instead of giving it to someone who has ALREADY PLACED AN ORDER AND HAS BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST AN HOUR!!!

Absolutely horrible experience on Saturday night (8-27-22) My husband placed an online order at 7:05pm said it will be ready for pickup by 7:27pm...My husband entered at 7:30pm went to the portal and it wasn't in the portal machine so he asked the cashier and she said a few more mins. At 8pm I went in wondering why my husband is taking so long he said the cashier keeps telling him it's a few more mins we'll I asked and she gave me huge attitude acting like I was the problem...our pizza should have been ready by 7:27 it is now 8pm I asked for manager Victor he didn't seem to care and told me a few more mins by this point I was getting angry at 8:15 Victor handed me two pizzas so I left to the car but checked it one pizza was completely wrong so I came back in and the cashier rolled her eyes went to the manager and loudly said SHES here again! Manager came out angry at ME and asked what's wrong I said the pizza is completely wrong he grabbed it went back to ame back with the right pizza it is now 8:30pm we placed our order at 7:05 we waited over an hour for cheap pizza this is uncalled for Victor the manager needs to be fired as does that cashier Tiara I think her name is horrible service...

This location is absolutely garbage I placed an order today before 7pm, order confirmation stated it would be ready between 7:51pm-7:56pm, the tracker stated our pizza was in the oven at 8pm, it continued to state this for 30 minutes, with no trace of it being “packed up”, we went inside to ask what was going on and the cashier claimed it must have been thrown out because it was not claimed, which was untrue as I was never given the notification that it was ready for pickup, he then proceeded to offer a pizza what I did not order with no compensation for the additional toppings I paid for, the manager then claimed they would make us a new pizza and bring it out in 5 minutes. Now I’m home and it appears they just gave me my original pizza that is now cold, the manager had no compassion for the two hours we waited for and now I’m stuck here reheating a pizza that should’ve been eaten over an hour ago, avoid this location...
