Naples Pizza — Restaurant in Lake Township

My 13 year old daughter received some inappropriate and unfortunate comments from the delivery driver earlier today. My boyfriend called the delivery driver back and confronted him, he admitted to the comments but didn’t take accountability about the fact that they made our daughter feel uncomfortable. We also called the establishment and while the manager did apologize he seemed very rushed and short, like he had no real concern. I felt like an inconvenience and like his apology wasn’t sincere… scripted almost. I suppose I was expecting more empathy from them. So this was our first time ordering wings from them and these are what they sent us over cooked chicken I called them and they said that’s how they cooked them, but my other chicken wings were good not over cooked. they said all they can do was give me back $3.00 when I paid $24.00 for them then they told me they would take it back and send another order. The delivery driver came up to my house didn’t call or anything she rang all the doorbell’s to the apartment and said no one picked up the phone but she never called. They gave us an attitude when we called them about the wings and was laughing. I didn’t see nothing funny about messing up...

Pretty good spot to stop for lunch. Got two slices of pizza, one combo that came with fries and a can of pop, order of huge cheese fries covered with massive bacon bits, and chicken tenders. That ran about $27. Pizza was pretty good, crispy bottom and good cheese/sauce/topping ratio. Not a bad spot for a quick lunch but not sure if I'd go out of my way to come here again. Service was good but had to wait a while for the chicken tenders. No prices on the wall menu or receipt. I was kinda surprised at the total, but the way prices are now, it is understandable.
