McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

Went there about 915am. Place was busy. Had only 1 register open! Crazy. Surrounding businesses were off to lunch and order taking was slow. The cashier spoke english and spanish. One customer who spoke spanish to the lady at the register says in english for all the customers to hear, "you dont speak good spanish:! When it was my time to order, I got the steak, egg and cheese bagels, hash brown and a medium orange juice. It took 15 minutes for my order. When I began eating my breakfast sandwich my steak looked like a very brown hash brown. i took my sandwich to the cashier and told her that this sandwich is wrong...she was confused about the sandwich and gave it to one of the cooks ,they looked at it said, thats correct. I took the sandwich back to the table and smelled it, took a bite and realized, i will never order this thing again! No need for no one in coporate to contact me. Im just so tired of spending my money at places where the food is changed for portion control and made in a cheap way while the price of the item goes up, i would add a photo, but i think it would distasteful to show a picture...

I just have to give it 1 star because they always take longer than usual to get out orders, and the worst part is that the manager was rude and disrespectful to me and other customers waiting over 20 minutes for our food. Others and myself asked for a refund or free food and she refused to give either thing, all she did was argue more and decided to go back to the kitchen to avoid customers. This location is close to my work and I go here to get something to eat, and this problem has happen to me more than once, what disappoints me the most is that I only have 30min lunch and with service like this it's impossible to eat something. I will definitely not be returning here, I'm going to spend my money elsewhere and fund other business that actually care about...

I always come here after a long day of work. I typically get out at 2-3am and they are open , most of the time. Why 1 start? Well yes they are open late but always have the biggest issues at night. I just stopped by and this guy took his sweet time to yell through the intercom that they are only accepting cash. Same guys every night that comes up with excuses to not give business. I’m not one to complain much but it’s annoying that EVERY night there is some kind of inconvenience. They need a better manger or supervisor to help out at night. With the business they are giving and getting at night might as well be closed. I headed to a different McDonald’s not too far and it went smoothly. Don’t be upset with this review, I’m being 100% honest....
