I was with my minor child in the drive thru . I placed an order and asked to use my promotional code . After stating my order i was told drive to the window as i was still completing my order ,when i arrived to the window i told the drive tru worker my order again and ask her to input my promotion code .. she began to say something under the breathe then told me why didnt i tell her the code at the speaker. I told her i did and was told to drive forward . I told her to add a menu item to my order and she refused , saying Im not adding anything. I was so confused to why this employee was so disrespectful and disgruntled. I asked for a manager and she replied why.. i said because i dont like how you are talking to me and refusing to take my order she replied.. i still not adding anything and closed the window.. i waited and someone came to the window indicating they are a manager. She came straight to the window with out introducing her self or asking what was the problem,but open the window saying you cant add anything to an order . Which i was confused. I asked her what her name was and was she a manager she said yea and her name is Rosa . I told her i want Ed to place an order and use my promotional code and was denied she replied i also explained to her how i was being disrespected and insulted by the drive thru employee. The drive thru employee was yelling behind the manager.. i dont care . I dont care i dont like people like you .. the manager just let her disrespect and verbally abuse me in front my son and other workers. The manager Rosa did nothing to dismiss the drive thru employee. Which is insubordination. I ask the manager Rosa for the district manager name and contact information as the drive thru employee is screaming over her .. Rosa the manager replied call the number on the receipt. I asked her what was the owner name and the drive thru employee slammed the drive thru window closed. I was so embarrassed and insulted. I have no idea why the employees at this location was so angry.. i need someone with authority over this location to contact me. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous. No one who behaves and insult and intimidate customers should be employed with working with the public. Read moreThe last three times, I have not had a good experience but one was the worst customer experience I have ever had. First time, I went to the drive-thru and ordered. I had asked for two small fries along with some other meals and was given one small. No biggie, I was still at the last window and informed the employee giving the food that I was charged just one. In the most condescending manner, elbows on window ledge, head on hands and with a smirk asked me “And what do you want me to do sweetheart?” I was appalled and offended. I have never received that level of treatment from any fast food let alone McDonal’s. Bad experiences yes, but never like that. I told him what he was doing was unnecessary and to charge me the small fry. If I have to go around again, fine but there wasn’t a reason to be disrespectful. I think he went to the back to ask; idk cause he just left the window without saying anything and said that they’d have to charge me $1 and some change but cash only. I guess he thought I didn’t have any since I paid with debit card and he was ready to close the window when I said I had the cash. Rolled his eyes took my money and was charged for the small fry. I told him again that he was being rude with the eye roll and the way he spoke to me earlier. I asked for a receipt and conveniently for him told me the machine didn’t have a roll for receipt and couldn’t produce one at the time. I had enough and knew he didn’t want the review so I ended up leaving before I blew up. The last time I went here was yesterday near 3am on 7/13/24. I didn’t want to come back because of the experience I mentioned above but my friends wanted one on the way home. I placed a mobile window pick-up for hot’n spicy, 2 cheeseburgers and a medium Big Mac meal. First window gave the driver the receipt. Second window asked if we have receipt, driver forgot that we were given one, said no; worker looked visibly annoyed and left the window area with a low but still audible “ugh.” Driver corrected herself and informed worker when she got back and employee rolled her eyes while she was handed the receipt. On Sunday, I had an interaction with a young drive thru cashier who literally disrespected me by raising her voice at me, all because I asked her for the chocolate milk that I ordered. Instead of asking for my receipt, she literally kept insisting I did not order a milk. I showed her my mobile app receipt, and she basically rolled her eyes and handed me over the milk and slammed the window at me. I was completely astonished at her response, so I said "honey this job is not for you". I knew I had to bring it up to management. I parked the car and went inside to the lobby to then come across another unfriendly team member. She was taking an order and I politely apologized for interrupting, and asked to speak to the manager. She rudely told me I'm in the middle of a customer, which I understood. Eventhough, I had apologized for the interruption. I stepped aside and she literally ignored me for 10 minutes!! Instead of being professional enough to say "I'll be right with you and get the manager for you", or something in that sense. After I kept insisting on speaking to the manager and complaining on her ignoring me, she then proceeded to call the on shift manager.time Now based on her attire she seemed as if she was a team lead, which is why I'm even more astonished as to her unprofessional behavior.
