McDonald's — Restaurant in Lake Township

I would NEVER eat anything here again especially after what Iv seen and heard from customers complaining🤢 The manager is always loud, obnoxious & disrespectful to her employees more than likely because they're mostly all minors. If you have been here & ate inside then you know exactly which manager I'm talking about🤦🏻‍♂️ The employees are mostly all minors still in grade school with this being there first job so they have no experience handling food or with customers, they act and treat this place like there school lunch room, there just here to eat and play around with there friends. Iv seen customers return food that was way undercooked so much so that if eaten they would have guaranteed gotten sick and customers constantly complain about the food not being Hot&Fresh🤢 The fries always have to much salt. The employees talk bad about customers when they walk away or leave. The sometime clean lobby is the only good thing I would have to say about this McDonalds location but I can't even say that no more because lately there's Always a lot of nets flying around you. THEY NEED TO HIRE A LOT MORE ADULTS, LESS KIDS AND TAKE PRIDE IN TRAINING THERE EMPLOYEES PROPERLY. THAT'S THE ONLY WAY THERE GOING TO IMPROVEMENT...

The last two times Ive had problems with this place. The first(pictured) they forgot a bigmac patty, a double cheese burger from order. I called and they replaced. The last time i went there, i ordered two mcdouble bundles. They charged me for only sandwiches i had to get back in line to pay for fries. The wait was over 25 minutes and when i was given my order the worker dropped one of my soft drink cups and instead of giving me another one she tossed it out and went to the cashier to take an order. I had to ask A DIFFERENT worker for a replacement cup. This mcdonalds has gotten too many strikes. Time to avoid it. Never going back, i suggest everyone do same.

UPDATE: Gave them another chance. HUGE MISTAKE.Made online order and paid then they wanted to charge me for sauces that the app says are free. They were so focused on charging me for sauces that they forgot two french fries from my order that I had to remind them of. So for the .87 cents they charged me and the deceptive practices of the online ordering ill have to swear off...

On my way home from Midway Airport I decided to swing in to get a Coke. Clearly this restaurant primarily caters to drive-thru (which many understandably did in the Covid era and have continued to do in the post-Covid era). I don't prefer drive-thrus, so I found a parking spot and went in ... and was ignored. No one came to the counter while I waited there (and I was seen). Staff were yukking it up with one another in the back and at the drive-thru windows, but no one came to the counter. I was going to call this to their attention when I realized they didn't care about my business so I just calmly left and took it elsewhere. As I walked to my car there were two cars waiting for their orders, but there was no one placing an order. It was NOT busy! Maybe I now know why. Why two stars instead of one? I was not mistreated and it is convenient to enter and exit from the westbound side of Archer. ;-) Hopefully, this review might be instructive and used by ownership or management to...
