Los Altos — Restaurant in Lake Township

I went for some food last Saturday I've been coming to this place for years since I was a boy my parents always took us each Friday now that I'm older I've come by from time to time never had a problem till 3 months ago and just now recently with my nephew the first time I went with my girlfriend 3 months ago the waitress straight up look like she wanted us to go never brought us menus pointed at that wall telling us there's the menu with a terrible nasty look in her face at first I shocked it off like she's having a bad day and now recently just had a failing off again the owner told my nephew he can't walk in with food or stuff from outside once I told her we were ordering to go she was fine with it a few seconds later that terrible waitress from 3 months ago was saying the same thing I told her the same I told her boss but she didn't seem to care and a minute after that she told us the same thing but now with a much worser attitude so I straight up told her that I'm waiting for the food talked back to her at the same level she wanted to act so I asked the owner nicely and a little mad that I've been coming here since I was a boy once I told her who was my mom she was so apologetic and brought up her memory lost and started to remember who I was and said she wouldn't ever treat us like that and kept insisting we take a seat and eat there she kept apologizing but still I wouldn't accept the offer I left and decided to not come back anymore regardless of the owner apologizing and being nice towards the end it, doesn't matter if she may know my family for many years what matters the most is great customer service you dont treat customers the way her employee has done and she didn't even tried she's just a point blank miserable worker it's not about that it's about having great customer service to keep the customer coming back and leaving satisfy and wanting to come back you do not treat people bad specially having a terrible waiters with no respect that's a big no no for me from now on I'll just keep eating across the street I'd loved this place but never again if you love good customer service and better better quality of food and no small portions your better off somewhere else I just loved that places cause of so many fun memories with family and friends when I was much younger but I won't be...

Hands down the best food around. The meat had a little char to it which brought so much flavor. The corn masa used for the tacos and gorditas was point on. Best horchata I’ve ever had, so creamy and the right amount of cinnamon not watered down like these other taqueria’s. The rice and beans are just like abuela’s. The cheese quesadillas had corn tortilla which is homemade. Your food comes with charred cebollitas and jalapeños which makes this place unique and puts it over the top to any place I’ve ever been.
