I had a coupon for 2 subs for 12.99, i asked the lady and man working behind the counter 3 times if they honor the coupon. Both said yes . I order my sandwich that had bacon on it already but the guy said the bacon was extra even though the sandwich already came with the bacon. I start to cash out and they said they both were 16.00 i said i had the coupon. I gave the coupon and they replied that the coupon was already used. I said no because i just got it out of the paper in the mail and never used it. I told them i only wanted one sandwich since they werent giving me the coupon price. The guy got mad and walked away. Ordered online curbside service, there were no customers there when I arrived at my scheduled time and phoned in to let them know I was there. They had several walk-ins arrive, I phoned in again after waiting 15 minutes a day was told I'd have to wait until all customers were serviced or come inside. I reminded them that I place a curbside order for a reason and went over a mile from my neighborhood location to get curbside service. Again I was told to wait or come in. 5 minutes passed before someone came out with my order. I was scolded by sandwich maker, stating that next time no one was coming out no matter what. I sent in a complaint and it was not the first time. There has been no response in 24 hours. I did take pictures but the pictures do'nt reflect my issue: the bread was hard as a rock. No amount of heating would have made it edible. It was nowhere close to fresh baked. It had to have been days old. I can't believe whoever prepared it would send it out. I live only 2 blocks away but I don't have a car and the walk there is too much. I prefer watching the people who prepare my food but I ordered online.
