Subway — Restaurant in Lake Township

I was just in #40307 on 09/02/22 @ 7:50pm to buy dinner with my Spouse and service dog, and was attacked by your employee Meza they said his name is. The guy didn't want to give me his name that was working with him. You will be hearing from my lawyer tell me my dog isn't a service dog she has her vest her chain OH AND I SHOWED HIM HER ID!!! This is my Baby and you messed with the wrong ladies baby!!! I shouldn't of even had to pull that ID out, when my dog entered that store in her working vest with her working red service dog chain that should have been the end of it! I SHOULDN'T OF BEEN QUESTIONED, I SHOULDN'T HAVE NEEDED TO SHOW THE ID FOR THE FACT SHE WAS IN HER WORKING VEST!! When I'm that way again, I'll be dropping off a few cards of rights of people with service animals! Maybe y'all need to have an updated meeting on service animals and people's rights, cause when their rights are violated that's when things get ugly for businesses. The owners/emploees at this location is extremely skimpy on the ingredients. Also, had subway coupons for bogo footlong and other deals, of the the employee specifically pointed to the bogo coupon and said that location doesn't take that coupon but every other coupon works. Used other coupons that added the total to be cheaper than the bogo coupon and he looked like he regretted it. Now, I'm not a cheapskate, wanted to go for a midnight snack and had these coupons through the mail, so...

Horrible service. The white guy working there has an attitude about everything. A simple question he answers to look it up in the menus. Didn’t want to take coupons even though they were completely valid. Didn’t complete my order and had to wait for my soup after he was done with the guest behind me.
