You see, about a week before, I had noticed a trend popping up on foodie Instagram feeds everywhere — rolled up ice cream spirals. Ice cream spirals, you say? I know, I was confused, too. What is this and where is it coming from? And why the heck as everyone else heard about it but me?? These thoughts plagued my every waking moment. Once you order, the process of converting liquid cream into the ice cream rolls takes a few minutes, which might account for the legendary wait during peak ice cream hours. By this point, I had seen this process repeated approximately 4,000 times on people’s Instagram feeds and Snapchat stories, but it was still fun to see IRL. To create the rolls, cream and its accompanying ingredients are poured onto a cold plate — closely resembling a crepe-making station — that reaches below -10°F. Then science comes in to play, as the ice cream produced “smaller ice molecules to make it naturally smoother and creamier, eliminating the need to add in additional fat and...

I called and was greeted by rude workers who were telling me the order was done. they argued with me when i told them that they needed to alert the app the order is done so the driver could come pick up the order. They then tried to have me come pick up my DELIVERY order. After being passed to several unhelpful employees, finally someone was able to press the button the confirm the order for pick up by the driver. Over all extremely frustrating experience and am not looking forward to these warm drinks. This place makes amazing smoothies and the older gentleman that works there is such a good guy but the operations could use some...
Read morePretty mediocre ice cream - they use a plain base and rely solely on mix-ins to create the flavor resulting in it being a bit bland and lackluster.
Having flavored bases with proper time for curing would help significantly.
Also lacking in actual recipes for flavors would help, as opposed to relying on something like just Nutella mix in for the taste
The anti-griddle method is fun to watch but creates long wait times for groups
Prices at $8.8 for single portion (with tax) makes it far too expensive for ice cream, especially when it tastes worse than generic grocery store flavors
Overall fun one time experience, no reason to ever come back for...
