I absolutely love Jersey Mike's! This sandwich place has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving a delicious and satisfying meal. What really sets Jersey Mike's apart is their attention to detail when making sandwiches. Every time l place an order, the staff takes the time to listen to my preferences and customize my sandwich exactly the way I like it. Had to write up a detailed review after the awesome customer service experience that I had today. Have been ordering through the Jersey Mike's app with mostly good hits. They did forget the bacon on my sandwich from my last order and let's go ahead and admit it, that bacon is the star player on the #8. That particular sandwich was also made a little sloppy. Okay, no one is perfect, I let that one slide. They have more than made up for it on this order.

Ordered again today through the JM's app. Food gets prepared and the DoorDash drive tracking says my order was delivered. I take a peek out of my window and the food is nowhere to be found. Odd. Tried calling the driver twice with no luck. After dealing with DoorDash's online chat, no luck there either. Some time later in the day I called the store directly to let them know the situation. They immediately rectified the issue by remaking the sandwiches and delivering them. They even included a hand written message on the bag that I put in "Special Instructions." Here's the kicker, I found out later that the DoorDash driver left the original order on the front porch of THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR, which is UNDER CONSTRUCTION and has NO OCCUPANTS.

Kudos to the Jersey Mike's team at the Ravenswood location for resolving my issue so painlessly even though it was no fault of theirs that my original order was misplaced. If you keep up the exceptional customer service like this, I will be a long...

Kudos to the staff working today (04/02/23). They were smiley and friendly. We ordered 2 sandwiches to go. After she took our order, we moved down the counter towards the register. That's where we let them know the toppings we wanted. We took the sandwiches home and when we unwrapped them, the difference in size between the two sandwiches was pretty large. Both sandwiches were "regular" size, but one looked more like a mini.

The quality seemed good. Fresh lettuce and tomato, quality sliced meats and the bread was also very nice. Overall, we enjoyed the sandwiches, however the difference in sizing is hard to ignore. I havent had this happen at other sandwich shops, so maybe some work needs to be done working on consistent sizing. One sandwich was almost 2 inches shorter and also skinier...
