My friend and I wandered into Marty's one night and enjoyed the experience. I never had to wait too long to order a drink, even when it got busy. Both of us were fairly disappointed with our first drinks-- hers was a pink one that she finished but mine was the blue one, I think it was the "Park Ave," and I couldn't finish it. And not that I would imagine I'd have to complain about getting more drink for my money (LOL) but the drinks were topped off so high that it was impossible to carry them to our table without spilling and then the table itself was so wobbly that I barely brushed it with my knee and the martinis spilled all over us. All that being said, the person working the bar was amazing and the chocolate martinis were VERY good, we had two each. And like others have said, they are surprisingly strong so watch out LOL I can see us stopping in again but we may just sit at the bar instead...

Marty's is a lovely little hidden gem on Clark Street in Andersonville. Its right behind Replay and next to Elixir but if you're looking for a good martini (of any kind, they have tons) then Marty's towers over them by a mile.

Cozy cute atmosphere that reminds me of an old-school speakeasy. Very simplistic design with lots of wood, leather, and mirrors (i counted 43 in the main room which is not very big at all)

The staff is wonderful, I met the GM, Will, who was a delight to talk to.

The drinks are poured heavy and tasty amazing. You won't find a better bang for your buck...

I love Marty's! The theatre company I work with (Broken Nose Theatre) holds a fundraiser here every year. It's a really fun and unique fundraiser that people actually enjoy going to. The drinks are all amazing, I've never heard anyone complain that they don't like their drink. The bar tenders are all really cool people and very knowledgeable of the menu. My all time favorite drink is their chocolate mint one, it tastes like a Girl Scout Thin Mint! I regret not getting it last time I was there, but the Lemon Drop I got this time was still...

Gave it another try, hoping for less loud music and a bit more elbow room, so tried on a Tuesday. A little more space which is nice, same great drinks, and was nice and conversational. Until 8pm when a new bartender was added, and the music switched from background atmosphere to loud dance town. But everyone just starts shouting to be heard so I guess it works. Not a place for a nice quiet chat with friends, but a great place to let out your outside voice inside. As always, the staff is great.
