As someone who has always loved a good Bundt Cake, how could anyone not love the absolute best? Those are right here…
Great for special occasions (a friend had towers of cascading tiers for her wedding) or just another day of life, I could not be more happy to have this shop right here in Andersonville now, and conveniently just around the corner from me, although I do wish it was just a little bit further away to discourage my complete lack of will power or restraint when it comes to resisting random, frequent, and impulsive, overly indulgent life choices.
On the bright side, Bundt cakes are great for just about anything - they make perfect gifts and of course dessert, but I learned rather quickly from my experiences with this bakery, that they can also go a long way towards helping lift sunken spirits, mend relationships or mediate conflict, alleviate sadness, win over hearts, and may help contribute to improving ones reputation in many social circles, as well as gaining popularity and favorability among peers.
This place has all my praise for the superior quality and routine perfection of their products as well as overall service, and highlighting some important potential/possible health and social benefits that Bundt Cakes may provide felt appropriate.
As a side note; I was especially surprised and touched by the outpouring of love and support this bakery showed to neighboring businesses, particularly one that I work with in Lincoln Square, after a string of smash-and-grab robberies took place just days earlier it was brought to my attention by staff that Nothing Bundt Cakes had sent boxes of their very best Bundt cakes with a warm message of support.
It struck me as a truly exceptional gesture, above and beyond anything I might expect, but one that could not have been more appropriate as far as being an exemplary symbol of the best right thing to do. If more people and businesses had even just a fraction of the thoughtfulness and compassion shown by this place, our world would be such a better place it wouldn’t even be recognizable. For rising above and stepping up in every way to add value in positive ways, this business and everyone who makes it a success forever have my support and best wishes and deserve to have the best things that...
Read moreFive stars for these delicious lil cakes and the friendly team at the Andersonville Nothing Bundt Cakes!
I have been excitedly awaiting their grand opening, and I finally made it in on Sunday. I was promptly greeted by Maeve and Edgar who were equally as excited to have me there.
I let them know I was picking up some cakes for friends (and obviously for me too!). There was a great selection of cakes which made it hard to choose, but both Maeve and Edgar helped me pick out some delicious flavors, and even recommended their personal favorites.
I got the Red Velvet, Oreo Cookies and Cream, and of course the Strawberries and Cream. All three looked delicious! On the way out, I snagged a sample of the Red Velvet which was an absolute hit. I don't usually pick Red Velvet, but theirs was light and fluffy and even had chocolate chips in it!
I will most definitely be back to this location. Not only for the delicious cakes, but for the good vibes and friendly staff. Shoutout to Maeve and Edgar for making my Sunday...

Everyone wanted more! Don't make the same mistake I did! From now on this is what I will be ordering for every holiday party, gathering and so on! Thank you for making me...
