Quite honestly, it's a really nice location. The food quality is pretty good, especially relative to other locations. However, after my most recent experience, I probably won't return to this location (or any taco bell). They seem to be struggling with a dramatic shift to online-only orders. I ordered take-out (in advance, like 8PM order at 11AM same day, as I was having company over in the evening and wanted to get that out of the way), and the order, despite being through taco bell's system itself, was made immediately. When I called to ask why/correct the issue, I was basically mocked by the person who answered the phone asking if I was "serious" that I was placing an order that far in advance. One didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and when I said hello how are you she just said hello rudely and looked away. They accused me of just putting in my order today when it was placed yesterday. Now I don’t know how the system is but I placed it yesterday to pick up at 330-345 today so maybe it had just came into the system. Then they snickered at each other and said it doesn’t make any sense. For real?! Every time I come in here the same two girls are rude with no smiles and mess up my order. It’s sad. No one ever mentioned they were backed up with orders until 45 minutes into waiting for our order.
It was close to closing and the lady at the desk decided to shout out they were an hour behind on orders and "don't try to get slick and order on the app and stop asking people at the glass for your order"
They stopped giving out any food as of 12.15am. We had been waiting for an hour at this point.
She then mentioned they will be giving out refunds if your willing to wait. At this point there were 30 people ahead of us.
The staff were very aggressive after this point and were yelling at customers.
I feel there was a calmer way to handle this situation, I understand it was very busy but there is no need to yell at customers. Especially when no one cared to mention any wait...
