The Original Royal West Sandwich:  (Home Made Tteok-Galbi (Korean Short Rib) Patty, Over Medium Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Onions, Pickles, Fresh Chives, House Sriracha Aioli, Egg Sauce (House Mayo), Served In House Brioche Contains Beef & Pork).

Royal Burrito: (Added House-Made Tteok-Galbi (Korean Short Rib) Patty, Cheddar Cheese, Grilled Onions on Original Eggcellent Burrito Contains Beef & Pork).

Fluffy Egg Tots: (REGULAR: Tater Tots Topped with Scrambled Fresh Eggs, Drizzled with House-Made Egg Sauce & Spicy Aioli)

Fluffy Egg Fries: (REGULAR: French Fries Topped with Scrambled Fresh Eggs, Drizzled with House-Made Egg Sauce & Spicy Aioli).

Honey Lemonade: (Sweet and Tangy Beverage Made from Honey, Water and Real Lemon Juice).

Everything was really delicious, and who knew that fluffy eggs on French Fries or Tater Tots could be so yummy?

They just opened their 2nd location at 2411 N Clark Street in Chicago.

I’m obsessed with any food that has eggs in them and if you let me I’d eat eggs every single day. So one can say I’m a bit of an egg “connoisseur” after eating so much eggs in different forms, shapes and from different restaurants. Egg Tuck’s egg sandwich has the single FLUFFIEST eggs I’ve ever eaten anywhere in my 30 something years of life. And the sauce? Yumm. It’s creamy, a bit sweet and also a bit spicy, just the right amount of both. I always order the same egg, cheese and bacon sandwich but have tried the egg, ham and cheese one from my partner before as well. And the fluffy egg tots today for the first time as well. Egg Tuck has never disappointed and you can expect consistency every time you order their sandwiches. If putting on weight wasn’t an issue for me I’d be eating their fluffy egg sandwiches several times per week. I’m obsessed! Grand opening today and the place was packed! There are two self-serve kiosks to order from which makes the wait time short. For our first experience, we wanted to try an entree with and without meat to compare. We got the Avo Egg Sandwich with their signature scrambled eggs & fresh avocado and to contrast we got the Spicy Gochuracha Royal Burrito. DO NOT SLEEP ON THE BURRITOS! Mostly everyone in the place got the egg sandwiches, but this burrito was so good we inhaled it. The tater tots added a gorgeous crunch and breather to compliment the \Ghochujang Sriracha Glazed Spicy Tteok-Galbi (Porki/Beef Short Rib Patty). This patty is more of a sausage flavor than a hamburger flavor.
