We had the pleasure of enjoying a traditional Turkish breakfast at Anatolia, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast spread was generous and beautifully presented: fresh bread, rich cheeses, olives, honey, jams, eggs, and of course the perfect Turkish tea. Every bite was full of authentic flavors that reminded us of being in Turkey. The service was attentive and kind, with staff checking in at just the right times without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to gather with friends or family.

The best Turkish restaurant in Chicago by far! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. Dining here was a wonderful experience. The menu celebrates the rich variety of Turkish cuisine, from perfectly spiced mezes to hearty grilled meats. The highlight for me was the ā€œAdana Kebabā€ smoky, juicy, and bursting with flavor. My friend has tried ā€œBeytiā€ which was also wonderful. At the end of your meal don’t forget to try their homemade ā€œBaklava Cheesecakeā€ with Turkish tea. I would give ten stars if I couldā¤ļøšŸ§æ

The food was incredible! It was so good we couldn’t even wait to take pictures — we just dove right in. The Adana kebab was perfect, and the fries were cooked to absolute perfection, which is rare for a side dish. The haydari dip was amazing, and the baklava cheesecake was unlike anything I’ve ever had. Our waitress was extremely welcoming, answered all our questions, and made the whole experience even better. This place exceeded every expectation — there’s just something special here that sets it apart from any other Mediterranean restaurant.

Wanted to try this place for the first time. We stopped by as a party of 2 on a Sunday evening for dinner at 7:30pm. Right off the bat, we were told there was no doner because the tired server said they had a busy weekend. My American companion wanted to really try it yet we begrudgingly opted for their kebabs. Was about to order entrees and the server said they ran out of rice too. We are really starting to question why we are in a Turkish restaurant with no doner and rice. Maybe don’t open the place if you ran out of staples? Prior to ordering entrees, we ordered two glasses of wine which arrived 20 min later after we flagged down our server. He realized that he forgot. There is only 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant by the way. That should have been our cue. The kebabs arrived. Chicken kebab had zero salt including salad. My partner’s beyti was cold. Because the tomato sauce was cold. Maybe warm it up before you pour over the kebab? Food finished. We were never asked how the food was. The server and the bartender were bored out of their mind and on their phones in the dining room floor. Yet, they had customers waiting for service. We woke them up away from their phone by flagging down for our check. The empty dishes sat in front of us for 15 minutes. Anatolia isn’t one of those cheap Mediterranean shawarma/falafel joints. It is a well put together somewhat expensive Mediterranean restaurant. A lot of potential. Maybe it was one of those off days but it was a little bit too off. In a city like Chicago with so many options, I am not sure if it warrants...

We've needed Anatolia! It is a great new place that features Turkish and related cuisine. The menu choices are well considered, the recipes remarkable, and the service first rate. The wines are a nice selection of Turkish, French, and Italian vintages. The beautiful bar features Raki, which is similar to ouzo, but with. It's own distinctive flavor. Appetizers are outstanding, including hummus and items like Pink Lady, a beet-and-yogurt dish. Don't miss the lentil soup! Breads are house made and quite appealing. For main courses, Anatolia offers a variety of kabob, along with doner and doner-related main courses. Anatolia hits all the right marks with style. Kudos to experienced server Jane and gracious host Zack. Anatolia is a great place to enjoy a meal with it's inviting menu and affordable pricing. Plus the decor sets it apart. Welcome to Lincoln...
