First thing is FIRST people who bring kids here need to get them under control. It's disrespectful to have your child running around an establishment open to the public. Teach your kids boundaries and basic manners, this is a small place and the children who where there need to keep their hands to themselves and leave the employees to work. Second is, they are new. They have a few kinks to work out but I am hopeful. I think you guys should add a flavor of the month to keep things interesting and some more tables and chairs, inside and outside. You can definitely fit more along the wall, maybe add in some music to boost the atmosphere. Staff is very friendly and it's fun to watch the ice cream being made. We really wanted to like this place as we love to patronize small business, but, this type of frozen product just wasn't for us. My friend had the mint with chocolate chips and I had the cherry almond. The texture of both was very thin and icy. More like a poor quality low fat product.
