Update: 8/18/23 Delicious pizza, especially the white pizza! My favorite! I actually love ❤️ all their pizza! Every piece I’ve tried over the past 4 years is exceptional! Full of fresh ingredients and full of flavor! Absolutely delicious!!! So many choices, salads, calzones etc! Something for everyone! Even wine and beer! A very affordable option at the Beach! The service is always 5 Star! Friendly and welcoming! Family friendly ambience!!!! Spotless inside and outside seating! I highly recommend! Update: 10/28/22 Consistency! Absolutely Delicious pizza, friendly welcoming staff and attentive service! That’s what I love about Mama Mia Pizza on the Beach! I’m there every Friday and order a few of my favorites and try one new slice every week. The Margarita pizza was full of flavor and the extra creamy fresh mozzarella made it extra delicious! My favorite is the white pizza with spinach and mushrooms! OMG! Absolutely delicious!!! I’ve been coming for 4 years and never been disappointed! Always delicious! From the slice of cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza, margarita, white pizza variations, mushrooms, spinach … they are all full of flavor with a buttery crust! Truly always consistent! Pizza and wine or beer with a view of the ocean! Really what more can you ask for…….. affordable prices and delicious food!!! Did I mention the best welcoming staff !! Chevy is the best! April 21, 2021Update Absolutely delicious pizza and great service!!! Today! Earth day it was beyond extremely windy! Between 25-30mph .. I ordered a slice of white pizza with spinach and mushrooms-it’s my favorite ! It’s absolutely delicious!! I asked Chevy to heat it til crispy- extra hot! It came out perfectly! Thank you Chevy! I ordered my glass of Pinot Grigio.. I took my tray to sit outside with my puppy. The wind was so strong it blew my wine right off the table! A young man at another table ran over to help me with extra napkins to sop it up.. well no wine for me. The pizza was absolutely delicious!!! Christy came out to sanitize the tables and saw my table still with wine dripping off the table and asked what happened. I told her my wine went flying off the table.. Christy is amazing! Customer service extraordinaire! ! ! She said she believes in Wine Insurance and would replace my wine! Amazing! Sometimes people don’t know how they positively affect your day! Besides the amazing food and views- Mama Mia Pizza has two very engaging staff in Christy and Chevy! Thank you so much for making my day better! December 2021- update: Pizza with a view! Yesterday I was sitting in my office feeling a bit anxious about a possible slow down in the economy. My wife walked into the office and looked at me. She knew right away I was in one of those depressed moods... My teenage daughter had a few friends over. They were jumping up and down on the backyard trampoline and acting silly. .. One of her friends who had come to our house a bit earlier told me she was hungry. My wife used the opportunity to extract me out of my office. With an authoritarian voice she cracked my thoughts: " COME ON... LET'S GET OUT OF HERE. LET'S TAKE THE KIDS TO THE BEACH. WE CAN EAT OUT TONIGHT. I KNOW A PIZZA JOINT THAT HAS GOOD FOOD." I reluctantly said sure, let's go without knowing the evening will turn out to be just fine. I am glad I did...but that is not the end of my story... We took the kids to Lake Worth Beach. We watched them roll and bump into the surf playing and giggling. We took a million pictures. It was a good time. Then we walked across the street to Mamma Mia's... My first impression of this place was that it smelled good. Fresh food smells delicious. It plays with your taste buds before you take your first bite. Mamma smelled like you are on the country side and your mother is cooking for you. We had to wait in line for about 15 minutes to order. The owner and his buddies behind the counter were attentive and worked fast to take care of everyone. Then the garlic rolls and the pizza was served by a pleasant young lady. "LOOK SIMONE... THIS PIZZA ACTUALLY LOOKS COOKED. IT IS NOT SOME FREAKING ROUND SHAPED DOUGH WITH RED STUFF ON TOP." My first bite was crunchy on the bottom and pure heaven on top. The wine lightened up my mood. And when we were offered more free garlic rolls we knew we were in a place of caring and love. We finished our food and walked out mellow and well served. So... What is the moral of my story. In a world where we no longer get along with each other and there is plenty of grievance to go around pick up somebody you love and go to Mamma Mia. Absolutely the best pizza spot in town! My husband and I found this spot when visiting the beach. After eating their pizza the delivery pizzas are not even worth it! We have told family members about the pizza here and now they go here for their pizza cravings. The Rustica pizza is perfect! They manage to put so many yummy veggies on the pizza while it's crust maintains holding all the toppings together. The crust doesn't get all soggy and fall apart like most heavy topping pizza slices. The staff has always been welcoming and never rude when we have dined here. The restaurant is pretty clean as well, they do a good job with all the in and outs of people coming from the beach. The only two complaints I have is their is barely any, if any at all, cell phone signal when dining (We have AT&T). Also, their is not any wifi available which can be a pain if your expecting phone calls, trying to keep your younger kids occupied, or just having access in general. The second complaint would be their isn't any allergen information provided in the restaurant or even online on their webpage. My son has food allergies so he's always left out on our dining experience and I just bring food along for him while we eat. It would be nice to at least know if anything at the restaurant is available to him without putting him in harms way.
