Well I have to say I am very surprised I have went to this Dunkin' Donuts a couple times and I went and I did a mobile order went through the drive-thru and I don't know if the guy was new or whatever but he asked for my number he said a number there and I said no I'm 775 so then this girl this white girl young white girl didn't got her name but she was very rude she said oh you just have to tell him your name you know she just butted in first of all I went ahead and I said she he went ahead and he asked for a number he didn't ask for her name then she said that there was a no barbarian Cream Donuts and that's not what I ordered so the other girl she was very sweet she has a ponytail I didn't get her name either she was very super customer service but the other girl and that guy that guy didn't know what he was doing and the other girl she was just she threw her hands up like she didn't want to wait on me because I said okay so if they don't have my Donuts then I'll just get a refund and then I just don't think that I will be going there anymore and I will be telling my friends not to go there no more because that girl was very rude she needs to learn how to say good morning to people not butt in to conversation that me and the guy were having and she just needs to learn how to speak to people her customer skills are below a one... the coffee is black not much milk in my coffe and the donuts were a little hard on the...
Read moreThe gentlemen that took my order was incredibly friendly and my order was correct, so if I was rating the experience with staff it would be 5/5. However... the food we ordered was just (mostly) awful.
We got a croissant sandwich with sausage, egg, and cheese. My wife and I both thought it tasted off, and we described a very strong plastic and/or metallic taste. I'd gotten a breakfast sandwich months ago from this location and thought the same, but wanted to try again to see if it was an isolated experience. The flavor is off-putting and strong. I'm not sure if it's how the products are stored before assembled or how they're cooked, but it was inedible. I am actually shocked they can sell them and people buy them.
I also got an iced chai and that tasted artificial and lacked the depth you get from chai. I don't know how else to describe it. It was not chai.
My friend got a couple donuts and a fritter and those were all good. I tried the fritter and it was delicious.
Stay away from the breakfast sandwiches and stick to the...
Read moreI always use the drive-thru and go there for my frozen coffees. Butter-Pecan is my flavor right now and during the fall it's always Pumpkin Spice!! Service depends on who's at the window and what time it is. If it's close to closing time, some of them can be rude right from the menu board where you order letting you know(and not politely)that you have 5 min. before they close, even if it's still 20 min. before closing. When that happens, I usually just drive off and go to the other Dunkin on Griffin or just go to Starbucks. It's sad, because I prefer Dunkin and this location is closer to where I live but I'm not going to spend my money where they're being rude little snits from the get go!! Do better Dunkin at making sure your customer service is up to par or you're going to lose business more and more. Starbucks is more expensive but the customer service is ALWAYS +5â!! However, I won't lie, some of YOUR frozen...
