So the first time I went through the drive thru, no one came to the speaker to take my order. I had already went well out of my way to get to a Dunkin to get donuts for my team. Since no one came to the speaker, I decided I would just drive to the window so I wouldn’t hold the rest of the line up. I get to the window and the young man starts to hand me a coffee, I politely told him no one came to the speaker to take my order. I just needed to order a box of 1 dozen variety donuts. He looked at me very puzzled. I said I’m sorry I didn’t want to continue to sit there and hold up the line. I can also pay cash if that helps. He said hold on let me ask my Manager. He came back to the window and told me that his manager said I would have to go back around and get in the line again because I’m holding everyone else up. At this point I am the puzzled one! I said excuse me please send you manager to the window. He paused starting at me for several seconds and said hold on. He walks over then comes back quickly to the window and says she said she is too busy taking orders. At this point I’m appalled by the lack of care concern or customer service granted by this establishment. I swore I would never return. Well being the hood hearted person I am I decided to try again today and grab some donuts for my team since they have been working so hard preparing for the storm. So all went well, the girl at the window was a sweetheart! Very nice young lady. I thought man what a difference….until I get to the office, open the box of “variety” donuts for everyone only to find it was NOT variety because there were 7 glazed donuts, 2 pumpkin, 1 blueberry, one jelly and 2 chocolate cake donuts. How is it a variety when you put 7glazed donuts in the box?? If I wanted straight glaze I would have asked for them. The box also says Happy Monday. Today is Tuesday🤦♀️ The only bright spot to Dunkin has been the nice black young lady at the window. She was a sweetheart. My card dropped while handing it to her and she said oh no don’t get out, you’re truck is so high I will come out and get it for you. Now THAT is customer service! I of course did not allow her to do that, I got out and got it myself. Such a sweetheart. If she is reading this, keep up the great work sweetie! ...
Read moreGood morning, Usually I don’t write to corporate companies however this morning was disappointing. I went into the drive through this morning at about 7:30am to the location on 3110 s Florida ave Lakeland Florida 33803. I usually always go here as it’s right across from my job and they usually make my drink the best there. I ordered 2 medium butter pecan ice coffees with almond milk and sweet cream. When I got my drinks they didn’t put the sweet cream on there. When I told the girl she seemed confused and grabbed another girl. Who might I add had a disgusting attitude. She stated “I’ll have to charge you because I didn’t hear it” which ok mistakes happen it’s $1.20 but at the same time the attitude was not called for when you’re the one that made the mistake in the first place. When I asked for a receipt she just shrugged away and walked off. No one came back to the window to give me my receipt for my original order. They just waited until I drove off. If I didn’t have to go to work I would have went inside and spoken to a manager about this service. I wish I could have caught her name because that was not how you deal with a customer. Especially when she was the one to make the mistake and had to charge me twice....
Read moreI am so beyond angry. If I'm going to spend $10 on coffees, please at the very least LISTEN to the order and STIR the coffee. We ordered 2 Large Iced Mocha Lattes, with sugar, NO whipped cream. What we got were two large cups of iced coffee, whipped cream, and sludge on the bottom of the cups. I took a drink before I realized the state of my coffee and got a large mouthful of grit. The whipped cream was a whatever factor, because at least I'm not allergic to it or anything. But the sludge? I'M NOT OKAY WITH. The guy at the window, once he made us wait 10 minutes before even greeting us, didn't even ask me if I wanted my receipt. He didn't even show us the drinks or have them in the window. He demanded the money, gave me my card back after zipping it through, handed me the drinks and shut the window. I think I'm done with Dunkin for a while, which is kind of sad because I really love the iced lattes and get them frequently. But. Every single time I get them, they're not mixed, or there's no sugar added or there's not enough mocha added or something small and trivial that I let go. But this? Is UNACCEPTABLE. I'm paying you for a service, good coffee, MIXED coffee. Get it...
