I brought my dead PC to a local repair shop, that took several trips back and forth that extended into 4 weeks to fix/rebuild my PC after my HDD crashed. They replaced my HDD, sent me home, issues happened, I took it back then they said it was my GFX card, Then my MB and Processor, The final straw was when they said I needed a new case, After replacing every component in it! Explaining my Unit got shorted out by a lightening strike. I went ahead and got a new case, I was in it deep already, might as well complete the task. I took my PC home after all the time and components replaced only for it to be shutting down every ten minutes.
I took it to Computer Edgge they had it 1 day, cleaned up the OS mess and upgraded to a SSD. I took it home and it has been preforming perfectly since, this was over 1 year...

Slightly higher is understandable because they offer great customer service. But, I see the business collapsing within 8 months if they don't offer more competition and marketing soon.
