It's come to my attention that Juciela posted "During our last session you mentioned facing health and hormonal issues..." What kind of medical professional posts personably identifiable information like medical issues and fake ones at that, about the person they are working with?

I had already told her it was a family member of mine who had hormonal issues and I mentioned this to her because the family member is the one who suggested that I get laser treatment. I responded to Juciela who asked about if I had the same issue as my family member, I said that I have had tests done to see if I had a hormonal imbalance and still to this day, the results have always shown that I do not.

She didn't listen to my questions and concerns as I spoke. I don't just feel like I was unheard, I told her that I had to discontinue treatment because I was going to the hospital, so I know for a fact that she didn't listen to me. Since I visited a day I didn't have an appointment especially to let her know that I couldn't continue treatments but she posted that she's the one who suggested to discontinue treatment.

Personal reasons why we determined that I needed treatment and it having been discontinued due to a health concern should be irrelevant to mention, not as publicly as this. I don't believe that she truly cared about my health and well-being. That's apparent as she made the personal post about me instead of apologizing about...

I will never trust Absolute Beauty after their overpriced treatments tricked me into worse than before and completely ineffective results. I had laser hair removal sessions with Jucelia at Lakeland, Florida's Absolute Beauty for almost 6 months. Initially she had told me to wax three days before the sessions. I questioned her why the laser hair removal didn't seem to be working. I'd let her know that I was still waxing twice a month and she would reason that I just needed a few more sessions. After almost 6 months of this she told me to begin shaving instead of waxing. My intuition told me not to trust this inconsistency. When I consulted a different beautician, I was then informed by someone else that waxing the hair before removal makes the treatment completely ineffective. Which a Google search confirmed as common sense. Absolute Beauty swindled me for about $500 of treatments, plus tips after I trusted her to communicate the process of my care more clearly than this. Its suspected that the lack of results could possibly have been a waste of my time that this place may have intentionally been masquerading as a slow process, to make $ off from me - instead of doing it right...
