FL Master Homemade Donuts — Restaurant in Lakeland

I really enjoyed all the donuts we chose... glazed, frosted, sprinkled, plus delicious apple fritters and cinnamon rolls. I've been here twice so far. 1st was literally 30min before closing within their first week of being open. Second time was about a week later. Prices are by far the best anywhere around. My only critique, and why I have my rating is a 4 star, is the phantom coconut flavor in the donuts. The 1st time, I thought they were just picking up on sharing a case with coconut donuts all day, as it was very late. However, the second time was early and that phantom coconut flavor was in every single donut and pastry. I suspect they are mistakenly using unrefined coconut oil to cook their donuts. I pray they do a quick about face and correct themselves. If nothing else, as a precaution against a common food allergy. I myself typically despise coconut but still enjoyed the donuts. Other members of my party were completely put off by the taste and they actually love coconut, go figure. I hope I will be able to update this to a 5 star rating soon, after they've fixed their phantom coconut issue. I will definitely...

I cannot once in my life recall a time where I said "man that's a GOOD donut." But I definitely did this time. So up front I gave 3 stars on atmosphere because this is very much and in and out kind of place. So that's to be expected. The menu is small which is great. More than enough choices for any taste though. I had a bostom creme and I could taste the coconut! I'm saving the jelly donut for after laundry. I also had a vanilla iced coffee. It was pleasant. The vanilla wasn't fake and artificial tasting. The drink wasn't overly sweet so I could taste the coffee itself. Very fast service and the prices are agreeable. Will definitely be coming back here. Their breakfast sandwiches were out of this world! I personally suggest the bacon, egg and cheese croissant. The bacon was thick and the applewood smoke flavor you could taste right away as soon as you took your first bite with a full on flavor explosion, the crispy bite from the homemade croissant that went right into the buttery richness was a heavenly experience like none other! I’ve havent had a better breakfast sandwich than this one in a LONG time and I will be coming back...
