Howard's Donuts Lakeland — Restaurant in Lakeland

We were up for a weekend trip and our hotel had a Dunkin Donuts close to it. Saturday morning, we went there, and when we were leaving, we noticed Howard's Donuts and how many people were there, so we decided to go there Sunday morning. It was a pleasant experience! The employees were super friendly and the donuts were really good. I was most impressed by how the employees interacted with the people coming in, like the customers were family. Don’t give great customer service to certain people and then be rude to others and try to rush them. Then if I give you my card in your hand don’t throw it on the counter along with the receipt. Worst experience here ever. I’ve been coming here for years and this was by far the worst experience ever. My first time being served by this particular individual too. We aren’t in the “Good Ole Boy Days” anymore. Treat everyone with respect. I am disgusted by the way this woman treated me....

This place is simply the best for donuts. It’s always the small places you’d never expect right? The staff is kind, friendly, and fun. They even helped me out with my social anxiety when I had problems with my order. The donuts are melt in your mouth. There’s not one donut there I could speak negatively about lol.
