Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Lakeland

Good food and good service. They go the extra mile when we order there due to my wife's severe allergy to oregano since they typically use it on their sandwiches. We let them know before ordering and really due well to prevent cross contamination of her sandwich. She's never had a problem since the first time we ate there and discovered the oregano. Every Jimmy John's in our area have been the same with our experience. Great service, food, and accommodation of a pretty rare allergy.

New review: We go and, before we even order, I let the person behind the counter know about my wife's allergy. We order, he then proceeds to make the sandwiches and heavily sprinkles oregano all on my sandwich, right next to hers and we see flakes falling on hers. I stop them and ask if they remembered the conversation just moments ago about the oregano and his response is: "I thought it was just her sandwich." I point out the oregano that's on my wife's sandwich from the "fallout" when he put it in mine. His repsonse: "it's just a few flakes."

We cancelled our order and demanded a refund and left.

We never had this problem before, but their sandwiches aren't worth killing...

Went there tonight and I’ll admit didn’t google the hours before we went as eat her often but just not that late. Looked at the sign on the door the hours couldn’t be read so we went in. We were polite and immediately the girl with the ponytail and glasses and french tip nails had the worse attitude. I said I’m sorry we were trying to read your hours on the door it’s very faded. Of course she gave a huge attitude telling me how she’s been there for 10 days and we came in at closing I said I apologize since there’s 20 mins until then can we order her response yeah your fine the whole time pounding away on the screen with her nails rolling her eyes. Of course the food was wrong too it’s just so puzzling to me how every-time we go the place is empty so you’d think they would want business but I guess not. Tonight has definitely made it to where we won’t be coming back at all!! I go spend fifty bucks somewhere else to be treated with better service. Also whoever runs the joint may want to fix the sign as well as fix the kiosk for checking out as we had no choice but to leave a tip on there sorry just hate tipping people who treat me with such...

Jimmy Johns as a franchise is just wonderful, always quality no matter the state or city I’ve gone to. I specifically love this Jimmy Johns the best of all the Lakeland locations. In my experience, the staff is just always so kind and friendly and I always prefer to go to this one even just because I know I’ll always be welcomed warmly. They are also extremely quick, as is their tradition. Sometimes they are already handing me my sandwich right after I’ve paid, which is great. If you are on the go that is definitely super convenient. Also, if you are an avocado lover I would highly recommend the #12 Beach club! It has a special avocado spread that is marvelous! Their kettle chips are absolutely fantastic too, all of the flavors are good and I find myself craving them often. I love that all the options are healthy too. They have different kinds of bread you can get, and even lettuce instead! Jimmy Johns...
