I find this place a hidden gem located in Lakeland, FL off of 98. I will tell you why. The place is modern and clean. It has 14 large plasma TVs so you can watch sports. It has a pool table. It has a bowling machine. It has 2 electronic dartboards. Prices are very reasonable. The service and atmosphere are very pleasant. They have an outdoor patio that is covered and it has 2 large TVs. This is where I take my dogs. It is dog friendly. The barmaid came out with a bowl of cold ice water and dog treats for my dogs. I watched the game and had a few cold ones. The groups that hang out here are between mid 20s and mid 60s. There is also a barmaid her name is Brandy she looks like Cindy Crawford. This is why I call it a hidden gem. I'm torn with this place. The bar itself is decent enough. Bartenders are always friendly. They know how to pour a draft Guiness. Frequently introduce themselves. The building is alright as well. Bar games are there. The usual darts and pool table, video golf and a jukebox in the front. Nothing of note But decent place. The problem I have is the clientele. Its usually filled to the brim with douchey types filling up the jukebox will the same pop-rap, club-type songs. They're usually very loud and quick to drunken anger. Not my kind of people. If you're looking for a call place to relax and have a beer, this isn't for you. If you don't mind loud Polk Counties in your face, then I'd say go ahead.
